Having found our oil tank to be leaking, I found Morgan Plumbing & Heating online. I called them and they had an engineer come out to us on the same day. Tom was very pleasant to speak to, very informative and genuine, he explained the process of getting a new tank. He informed me that we would receive a quote for a new oil tank within that day or two. Received the quote in the timescales and was happy with the price. Availability was quick too. We had the tank fitted a week later. Tom and his colleague arrived and having cleared the area for them to work in, it was a simple and easy process. Remove all the oil from old tank into holding tank . Cleared the floor area and disposed of the old concrete stones we don’t need.
Checked with me that I was happy with the tank position and once confirmed they filled up the new tank with our oil. Tom checked the boiler was working and running before he completed his task.
Gave us a fuel monitor that enables us to check oil level from inside the house .. explained fully how it worked. Explained if there are any issues, to come back to them and they will sort it out.
I can wholeheartedly say I was extremely impressed with the whole start to finish, the first initial meeting and quote info.
Tom and his colleague worked exceptionally hard I would definitely recommend this company and these guys to fit an oil tank. 100% 10/10

The service that I received when arranging for an engineer to come out to look at my boiler was good. The company required payment at the point of booking. Before making payment, I asked for confirmation that I would be refunded if I cancelled the call-out.

That same afternoon, I learnt that the warranty for my boiler could still be activated, so I no longer needed the services of an engineer who would charge for all of the work. I called to cancel and received an email asking for my bank details, which I responded with promptly. 13 days later, and after several phone calls where I have not been able to speak directly to somebody who would process my refund, I have still not been given back my £115.

My view is that the delay in refunding me is entirely unnecessary and deeply unprofessional. I need somebody in authority to call me back and process my refund immediately.

Worcester Greenstar 400 boiler was installed to replace an old Vaillant but in a new position. Adam arrived 8.30am and left around 18.30 assuring me he wasn’t going anywhere until the job was completed. Pipework had to be changed and a new 22mm gas feed from meter. Excellent job at very competitive price. Would highly recommend.

Politeness and professional From the first phone call. The person who answered the call was very helpful and polite. Asked all the right questions to assist the engineer on his visit. He arrived at the time I eas given. The engineer called me twice to let me know his progress. Once he arrived, the problem was explained clearly. The boiler was fixed quite quickly and checked to ensure that it would stay that way. The area was cleared up and all questions were answered politely, patiently and clearly.

I urgently needed a new oil tank and Morgans provided me with exceptional service right from the start. William in the office sent a quick response to my original email enquiry, and then a quote as soon as we had discussed the requirements. The work was then booked in for a mutually convenient time.
The engineers, Tom and Joe, arrived on site and were very professional and knowledgeable, considerate and courteous. The new tank needed to be located in a different place to the old one. They constructed a new concrete base which looks very neat. The completed tank installation consisting of a round tank on a concrete plinth, actually looks fabulous. (I never thought I would say that about an oil tank!). It is unobtrusive and really is quite pleasing to look at. The engineers tested the oil flow to the boiler and that everything was working correctly before leaving. They also took away the old tank and left the area in a very clean and tidy condition.

Excellent service, turned up on time, replaced my boiler, engineer Adam was really pleasant and very helpful.

Adam installed and relocated a new Bosch 8000 in a 3 days all by himself. I'm so pleased with the neat pipework i'm going to keep it exposed and not box it in. Of course the house is lovely and warm and we can use 2 showers at the same time. Only downside is he couldnt fit the fused spur switch so we called in an electrician which we needed anyway for something else.

Just had my annual boiler service done by Morgans and as always an outstanding service. Chris the engineer explained everything and a pleasure to deal with and a credit to Morgans. If you need a reliable and friendly plumbers look no further than Morgans.

I needed a new oil boiler and it needed re-routing to a totally different location from inside to outside. Tom came to quote and he was able to talk through the job in a matter of minutes. I got a personal quotation in writing the next day for the work and I chose to go ahead. From the word go, I felt very confident that I was in safe hands with a job, that to me, seemed very complicated and difficult but was a breeze for Morgans.
Chris and Adam came on a Saturday and Sunday to do the work and they were very knowledgeable, they had already been briefed about the job by Tom and just got on with it. They worked from very early to very late on both days to get the job done. They were very clean and considerate. They had to lift my carpets and floorboards to re route pipes. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable and they left last night late with my boiler in full working order, heating and hot water all perfect with also a new unvented cylinder too! I would never hesitate to use Morgans again for future work and just feel glad that I discovered them.

Impeccable service. The fault wasn’t what I had thought, but the engineer got his head around that within minutes, identified the real problem and fixed in it no time.
This is the second time I’ve used Morgan’s plumbing and heating and these engineers clearly know what they are doing and come with top notch expertise.

They still have a phone and you can talk to someone about the issue. Job booked in that week to look at fault and then next appointment booked to carry out repair once issue understood.
Very fair price for parts and Labour and would definitely use again as I have used them now for about 4yrs and service still as good today as when I first started using them!!

First time using this company and will be using them from now on. Tom the engineer was friendly and very informative and carried out an annual service picking up a problem that required a second visit,this was again resolved by Tom with a detailed report as to what had been done.

Repairs were swiftly and efficiently done and the office kept us informed while waiting for a part. The boiler technician a young man named Oliver who did the repairs is an asset to the company, friendly ,respectful and efficient. We were so pleased with service we have taken out a monthly plan…..we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this firm to anyone.

We've just had Chris, Tom, and Sam here fitting a new oil boiler, a new cylinder, and renewing pipework.
We were initially quoted 3-4 days for the work, but they completed in 1.5 days.
They arrived on time, were very polite, very tidy, and even stayed until around 8:30pm on the first day because they wanted to finish as much as they could.
Couldn't have asked for a better service. I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank you!
