Top quality service from start to finish - very impressed with this company and in particular the young man who came to give me a quote and then installed a new oil tank completely on his own two days later, on a Sunday! He was so hardworking, polite, and friendly , and he deserves to do well in his working life. Thank you for a job well done with no hassle! Will certainly recommend your company.

Supply & fit control valve to hot water cylinder - quote on Tuesday, accepted Wednesday, job completed today.
Only criticism is engineer's did not wear protective footwear - cylinder upstairs. Also several damp patches left on carpet. Otherwise excellent service, would certainly use again.

The whole process for setting up for a boiler service in my late mother’s house was very simple. The servicing was done promptly, very efficiently and professionally.

My initial enquiry about removing an oil central heating tank was handled by Jade ( Customer Service). she did a fantastic job in getting a quote back to me within 2 hours.
Max and Chris were the engineers who arrived yesterday and drained the tank and due its size and position cut the tank in half. This was a difficult job the tank was large, approximately 4000 litres and in an awkward position, inside the garage. They did a super job, no oil spilt, tidied up, and removed the tank. I cannot thank them enough.

I had a new combi oil boiler and a hive system installed by Morgan’s Plumbing & Heating. They were very efficient in providing the quotation and arranging an installation date.
Tom was excellent on the day of fitting the boiler, he was very knowledgeable in answering any questions and was very polite and professional, nothing was too much trouble which made the process super easy and stress free.
I would highly recommended them and will definitely continue using their services for future maintenance.

We needed a oil tank replacing. Tom handled everything, from quotation to installation. All went as smoothly as one could wish. The office backup was most efficient.
I do not usually leave reviews, but this time, they really deserve the praise.

We have a care plan with Morgan's Plumbing and Heating for my elderly mother's oil central heating and boiler and had a couple of problems requiring attention. On each occasion Morgan's have been quick to respond, very tidy and have resolved the issues. The engineers Max and Chris were really friendly and knowledgeable.

Having developed a problems with my gas boiler (Worcester) I contacted Morgans Plumbing & Heating after getting their details from the Worcester Bosch website.
The team at Morgans were friendly polite and efficient, getting a service engineer out promptly to diagnose the fault and a follow up visit to replace the faulty part was arranged within 48hrs. The engineer was on time, friendly and worked quickly.
Everything was as I would hope for from a service company, but which is rarely delivered!

Excellent and cheerful service of fitting a new oil boiler a tank. Adam was thorough and helpful at all times.

Needed an LPG engineer for our boiler and Morgans found a date then when our water leak worsened they swapped some appointments to fit us in earlier.
Our engineer; Chris, was on time and friendly to deal with.
He worked carefully with no mess and the repair was completed in good time.

Thank you! Had an issue with our external oil boiler on a Saturday morning and I found myself frantically searching through Google for a local company who would be able to visit. I stumbled across Morgan’s and gave them a call. A pleasure to deal with from the onset and nothing was too much trouble for them. Tom their engineer called on Saturday afternoon to assess the problem and was soon able to fix it without drama. He was an extremely pleasant young man with a lot of knowledge of both the company and oil heating systems.
We were so taken aback by the professionalism of the company we will be looking to take out a boiler service plan with them for the future.
