Excellent delivery and very well packaged Aga cookware.

Very easy to use - ordered a Schiedel 950 fireplace. On unpacking the pallet I noticed one of the components was broken. I emailed a photo and phoned through immediately and spoke to someone who was very helpful and assured me that they would send out the replacement part. Can't ask much more than that!

No issues with the order process, and delivery was surprisingly quick.

I recently purchased an Everhot 120i from Morley Stove Company. From the initial visit to their shop to view an Everhot to the date of delivery itself, Nicola and Luc could not have been more helpful and informative.

We had a wonderful experience at Morley Stoves, Maddie explained all the log burners, bio fuel stoves heaters etc. Maddie showed us around the showrooms, the Everhot ovens, the outdoor barbques. Beautiful showroom & Agas, stoves & extras like back splashes & loads more, lots of choice and information gladly given by the lovely family team. We were there yesterday for an absolutely wonderful demo; lovely, generous hosts and Naomi Aga Demonstrator was great - Food was truly delicious and we learned a lot to help us.

Luke and Nicola were really helpful in guiding us through our purchase decision and the cooking demonstration event was wonderful!

Had a look online for a new AGA kettle. I always look at reviews and was impressed with those posted for the Morley Stove Company.
Online ordering and payment was easy and it was delivered by Royal Mail 2 days later. Free delivery and on line tracking/updates were additional bonuses. Very pleased with the kettle which was received in robust packaging marked with ‘fragile’ stickers.
Unlike other AGA distributors which I’ve used in the past there was no need for follow up calls or chasing of the order.
Most impressed with the level of customer service and will definitely use them again.
