The company is Morning Save and there was a defect in the product I ordered. Samantha was very
proficient in handling Customer Service issues. Samantha handled the problem in a timely fashion. Yes I would recommend the Company to others.

Jessica was able to help get a refund after my package was stolen! It was frustrating but she was very patient with me on our communication.

I had an issue with the flashlights that I ordered. I didn’t quite understand it first I wasn’t sure whether they said that I didn’t have to return them. So I sent another email asking them to please explain it to me. Carlin got back to me in a very timely manner and let me know that I did not have to return the product. I have gotten my questions answered by Caitlin in the past in a very timely manner, and she has always been very explanatory and has solved all my problems. I'm being charged ea month, less than the monthly membership fees, and cannot find where to cancel or where to request assistance

As a MorningSave customer, I've rarely had a problem. But when I did, their staff, mainly Jessica, took care of it for me without any issue. I recommend shopping at MorningSave, great bargains and helpful staff.
