If the listing had shown the weight, I would have known how heavy the Boujee Beauty Extra-Long 1.25" Double Infrared Curling Wand was and wouldn't have ordered it. I think that has nothing to do with changing my mind.
Morning Save expect me to pay for the return. Is this ok?
The item is so heavy that I cannot take it with me on a travel.

I had a problem with my product I bought and Caitlin (Customer Service Representative) was outstanding resolving it. She is an awesome example of what a representative should be. I hope she receives some recognition from her company, she deserves it. She sets the "bar" high in her profession. Thanks to her I will definitely remain a customer.

So Morning Save claims they "tried" to reach out to me regarding their horrible customer service, not allowing me to return a product that was not as advertised, yet my voicemail doesn't have any messages from them, my caller id doesn't show that they called, I just looked through my emails - nothing shows. How about just refunding my money. You claim in your reply to my post on Trustpilot, which I have no way to reply to - please fix that Trustpilot- that "these things are usually refundable" yet when I tried to do a return I was ridiculously denied! You say you want to "look into it", I don't necessarily need to speak with you for that, Morning Save - just REFUND MY MONEY!! Unless that happens, I will not be shopping on your site anymore, because THAT was NOT the way to treat a new customer who bought several items from you!

The customer service at MorningSave is top notch. The service representative I dealt with, named Jessica, was extremely attentive. She took care of my issue in an expeditious manner and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend shopping at MorningSave because of their quality products and exceptional customer service.

I ordered sheets and when I received them I washed and dried them without noticing that I was sent the wrong size. I figured I would have to chalk it up to a loss because I should have made sure the order was correct. She was amazing. She refunded me without putting me through hoops. Best customer service ever. I have bought from them before and their products are of good quality.

Caitlin, a Customer Service Representative, was remarkable in handling my complaint of an item I received in damaged condition. She got back to me quickly and offered to replace the item and not require me to go through the hassle of returning the damaged item. I would have appreciated if the Company had packaged my order with more cushioning to have prevented the damage in the first place. One last thing, the QR Code led to a non-existent site. I really had wanted a live demonstration of how to assemble the product.

Jessica was very accommodating and understanding. I had an issue with a product and she immediately sent a replacement order at no charge.

I submitted a claim because my order was incorrect. I received a response in 2 days asking for a picture of the merchandise to verify what I did receive Caitlin responded the next day advising that she entered a new order for the item I didn't receive at no cost to me. Also, she told me that I could keep the incorrect item that I did receive. She understood my frustration and was able to correct the issue in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

The only negative I have is that I could not call and speak to a live person and had to submit a claim online.

Caitlin was super quick and helpful in handing my refund request, wish all transactions were this easy.
