I ordered a bunch of pillows of this website and they were supposed to arrive between the 8th and the 10th. The 10th came, no sign of the pillows and nobody reached out to update me on the order. I reached out to them the 11th and they finally sent the pillows out that day. I received the order on the 14th with an email saying the order was delayed and now delivered. They should’ve sent me that email on the 10th… I asked for a refund for just the shipping because they did not meet the deadline of the 10th and nobody responded back. Horrible customer service. Would not purchase anything from them again.

I order from morning save a lot but I won't be ordering from them anymore. I sent 2 items back (1st time returning). I paid total for both $30.00. Returning them both cost me $70.00. It cost more to ship it back. I should have just kept them and donated them. It would have been cheaper.

Samantha made my experience with my service issue easy, prompt and complete. Her compassion made me feel like someone did care about my issue. Samantha renewed my faith in customer service care. Again, Thank you Samantha!

I purchased the Bell + Howell Scrubtastic Express Handheld Power Scrubber from MorningSave and after several attempts of charging the scrubber, it only worked for a couple of seconds and stopped working. I sent a request for a refunds and received a timely response back from Jessica. Ms Jessica first apologized for the product not working asked for additional information to get more understanding of my “it doesn’t work” reason. I sent my response with more details and she approved my refund. It was a very easy process. I appreciate the great customer service given by Ms Jessica and the prompt resolution!! All done in one day!! Thank you Jessica, you are amazing!!

I always buy products from MorningSave but this one time I had an issue with a product which was not working. I reached out to customer service and they were on it righ away. I explained the situation and they took care of it immediately which was a surprise to me. Customer service was great.

You think because Inside Edition supports them but they are wrong. I ordered the headphones over 2 weeks ago and it was suppose to arrive Aug 31-Sept 1 latest. You reach out to support you get AI bot that says your order will arrive on Sept 1 and it was already Sept 1. Then on Sept 3 you get an email saying the warehouse doesn’t have the product sends a link that takes you back to the very item you ordered and a $5 coupon. I would not never recommend buying from this company as it’s a scam and the media platforms are supporting them

Do not buy from this company. It took a long time for me to get my product. I bought two hoses I haven’t used but one of them which started leaking in the middle after 100 days. They told me I only had a 90 day warranty. A hose of this caliber should have at least a year in my opinion. I also had to pay shipping and it was just a waste of money.

Jessica (Mercatalyst) was very kind and answered all of my questions about membership. She was prompt with her replies and she gave me explanations that were easy to understand. She also offered available options to help me!

Had an issue with one of the handheld fans I ordered. Reached out to the company and Jessica refunded the money immediately! No questions asked! Fantastic customer service! This my second time ordering from them because of a segment I saw on one of the morning talk shows..will order again! Thank you, Jessica!

She walked me through a possible way to resolve my issue and when that didn’t work, she promptly informed me that my refund request would be granted. I had an amazing contact with customer service there. Caitlin, my contact was amazing. All I did was send an email to a general email I was sent about deals, and immediately mailed me back, after I told her I was dissatisfied with a a aproduct I believed defective or broken in shipping because delivery men drop them over the wall, a drop of 4ft at least because the wall is high.could be anything but they were amazing absolutely amazing, not only did this beautiful lady refund all my money, she returned my money as fast as they took it. Immediately. It was great so kind respectful. You can trust the stuff they sell because I know they stand by it. All the while knowing it probably wasn't their fault. Thank you again Caitlin at morning save !! another pet peeve is they take it in a minute but takes 5 days to return? She gave it back as fast as they TOOK IT. That in itself I found amazing!
