I had an issue with an order recently and Caitlin in customer service was great to work with. She was responsive, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Really appreciated her help getting things resolved. Great customer service!

This is the first time I've had an issue with an item from Stores.com. I sent a message through the website, and my message was answered promptly. I was first pleased with the timeliness of Jessica's reply. She was polite and professional and very eager to help me happily resolve my issue. We went back and forth with emails for a bit, but only because I kept asking questions, which she professionally answered each time. Bottomline is that she helped to resolve my issue and I'm very pleased with the results.

It accidentally charged me twice and was sending me 2 purses. Jessica took care of it very quick and efficient.
I was surprised I didn’t have to battle to get it fixed.
I am very pleased.

I have made many purchases with morningsave for several years. I was always pleased with their service until my most recent purchase. It was supposed to be for a 2 pack of cup massagers. But when I received the order there was only one rather than two. I contacted support and Jessica came through for me and sent the second cup massagers. My continued faith in morningsave restored! Thank you Jessica!

Not only they charge you for shipping you gotta pay your own return shipping and then you do not get your money back. You get credit. And then to spend your credit you gotta pay for the shipping will never order anything again from this company.

I had an issue with Side Deal.com, however Caitlin and I worked through it and as a result all the issues were resolved and I am very happy going forward.
Caitlin dug deep into the issues and came out a winner …. Her professionallism, honesty and work ethic speak volumes of her character.

There was a problem with an incorrect tracking number. The system indicated that my order was delivered 6 weeks before it was ordered.


This is a long overdue review of the excellent customer service I received from Samantha (Mercatalyst) with MorningSave. I was concerned with having my credit card stored on the site. Samantha took care of my concern. I still didn’t feel comfortable and emailed additional times with the concern. Even though she had already completed my request, she still took time to explain agian so I would be comfortable. Samantha exercised great patience and customer service. Carmen

I purchased a 2 pack Mission Personal Instant Air Cooler. MorningSave sent the coolers. One of them has visible signs of previous use. It is Dirty and the rubber on the cooler is Sticky/Tacky. I was told that I have to pay for the return of the product
$18-$22 will be the shipping cost. I checked with 2 shippers. I was also told they would issue Store Credit. I believe this to be unfair, being that I may not want to deal with Morning Save agin. I definitely would not want a Cooler that someone else has Used, Blowing in My Face. Also it sounds like a hand held blow dryer. I wanted to use it on my bedroom side table. Either way I Loose.
I sent Morning Save a video of what the 2 Coolers look like. They are able to see the difference and the Dirt between the 2 Air Coolers. They never responded to the video. Maybe I should Post the Video so that they can View it better, I’m not sure.

Caitlin was great! She helped me resolve my issue really quickly.
I think it took me longer to respond to her, than it took her to take care of my issue.

The price was great. Delivery was super quick. I had it for a few days. I had one little issue with the brush on the roller. I contacted them. I just needed the part to fix it. They're sending me a whole new vacuum. I've had a wonderful experience. I will order again and I highly recommend them to you.

I had a issue with the product and Caitlyn was great. She was courteous and professional and was quick to fix it.

I contacted customer service at Hammacher Schlemmer when the stick vacuum cleaner I received fell apart resulting in several parts falling to the floor. This caused the latch on the dirt/dust canister to break making the vacuum unusable. Luckily, the customer service member who responded was Caitlin. She requested a couple of pictures of the vacuum and its parts that came in the box. The turnaround for the replacement of the vacuum was done so promptly that I was amazed. Problem solved!! Thank you Caitlin at Hammacher Schlemmer!
