Unsure on where to start with my experience with MIB. These guys are absolutely awesome and went above and beyond for me and my family was a long road due to our circumstances but we were always filled with hope and reassurance !! Their communication was on point and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to have dealt with us I would Definetally recommend to everyone I know thanks again guys !!!

From start to finish the team at MIB have been great helping us with getting a mortgage to fund our extension.
We've had a long and arduous process with various complications along the way (none of them are to do with the Mortgage itself or MIB). Through it all we have been kept informed, well advised and have ended up with a mortgage that suits our situation perfectly.
Not only will I be recommending MIB to everyone but when my mortgage comes to renewal I'll be straight on the phone to them again.

I would like to write this review on behalf of my Aunty Jean Alexander (not very good on PC) lol , she cant thank this team enough for everything they have done for her .She has now dealt with the team on several occasions and there is only one thing changed, they have got even better at what they do.

The company were so helpful in finding a great mortgage deal for me. They were very flexible in arranging appointments or speaking on the phone at times which suited me.They kept me informed of the deals available right up to the start of my new deal. The whole team were professional and friendly at the same time and made the whole process of getting a new mortgage deal hassle free. Thank you so much.

As first time buyers myself and my partner were inexperienced about the whole process. Martin was our mortgage advisor and made sure that anything we were unsure about was explained in detail. When it came to what our budget was Martin made sure to go through every single expense we could possibly have when running a house, he made us feel so comfortable about the whole process leaving no stone unturned. Fiona was our case handler who again was very thorough, staying in contact at least once a week with updates and letting us know what’s left to be done. The value for money is unbelievable with how good this team is. They blow everyone else out the water when it comes to price. If you’re looking for amazing service, friendly people and great prices then MIB is who you should use.

Excellent service, amazing staff

Fiona, Lynne and Dom were amazing especially Fiona who went over and above since the start of our mortgage application. They offer an exceptional service from start to finish and myself and my partner would recommend this company to anyone. 5 stars all round (10 for Fiona this woman is AMAZING!!!!)

Absolutely amazing Team!
I cannot thank everyone enough for all their help and support over the last two years, their service is second to none! It's took us a couple of years to eventually buy our family home due to how things have been, there was always someone at the other end of the phone to support us every step of they way, they literally helped and support with everything down to ensuring we had the relevent insurance in place for our entry date, again thank you to each and every person at Mortgage Information Bureau and a special thanks to Fiona.

I cannot emphasise just how excellent the service MIB provided was. At every step of the process they were able to offer support, guidance, and advice to help me secure my mortgage, make an offer, and even become a home owner. I would thoroughly recommend them to any home buyer, but particularly to a first time buyer they made this process so manageable for me when I really wasn’t sure what to expect.

Great communication, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Never had to chase them up for information. Got us exactly what we needed. Came up with solutions where banks and building societies couldn’t/wouldn’t.

I have been dealing with this company for many years now and they never let me down, all the staff are amazing and and are always available to offer advice or answer any questions I have.
