MIB have been five star for me. I had a real tough time getting a mortgage due to T-Mobile lying about money I owed them, and I didn’t know it was affecting my credit score for years. MIB had their hands full trying to sort things out for me & never gave up. I got my home. I have also used them when mortgage has been up after 5 years & they have done me proud. Marion & all her team are amazing. If you are looking for somewhere this is the place. If they were rotten I would tell you.

The team helped us get our mortgage and life insurance sorted without any fuss. They made everything clear and easy throughout the whole process whilst keeping us updated with all the moving parts. Clear and easy to process information no hard selling or jargon which always helps. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any advice. Special mention to Martin and Fiona you both made us feel at ease with this and that has took one of the major stresses of moving away completely.

Excellent communication crystal clear, friendly staff who want nothing but the best for you and work incredibly hard to ensure that your mortgage is a success and goes ahead could not recommend them enough. Lynne my advisor went through every possible option with me and tried every avenue which was difficult as I am an apprentice bricklayer but she found my a mortgage with a decent rate and made the whole process smooth. Even the phone calls with the other advisors regarding insurances where fantastic.

Mortgage information bureau were amazing, I am a first time buyer so the whole process was new to me and the team made the process easy and simple. Dom and Fiona were incredible, they kept me fully updated through the whole process, explained each step clearly and regularly followed up my mortgage application and solicitors to avoid any delays, I can’t thank them enough. Due to their hard work, I was able to complete in only 6 weeks!

Lynn and Martin were also fantastic, explaining everything to me and ensuring I understood everything. Nothing was too much.

Everyone was very helpful and were happy to answer any questions (no matter how silly they were!) they go over and above for their clients and their knowledge and experience is second to none, I cannot recommend mortgage information bureau enough.
