We received the keys to our new home and this journey would not have been possible without the support and guidance which we received from the team.

Being first time home buyers, we did not have any idea on how the process works. However, Kris ensured that we understood the entire process, explained it to us in a simpler manner, step by step. This gave us assurance. His advice on the type of mortgage we should opt for was very beneficial considering the current trends of interest rate. We not only got the best deal for our mortgage but also protection cover which best suited our needs.

We purchased our mortgage last year with mortgage IQ with Adam in Holywood. Adam was exceptional with us, helped us through the interest rates rising and at times seemed like a battlefield. But Adam made the process so much easier for us as we were first time buyers we had no idea where to begin and with it being a difficult time to get a house. Adam just made it so much simpler for us. He was very thorough in his work and made sure we got the best deal and tried again if we didn't. He would keep in contact with us regularly and even sent us a lovely gift for us moving in which was thoughtful. Adam held our hand along the way and we wanted to share our gratitude for Adam and Pearse for their help along the way with our mortgage and insurances too. They explained the whole process and made it seem less stressful for us. We are now almost a year into our mortgage and can't thank the guys here at Mortgage IQ enough. Definitely recommend them to anyone buying a property as they made the process smooth sailing for us.
