As first time buyers, Mortgage IQ were able to help us understand the process of purchasing a house and were always available to answer any questions or address concerns that we had. Mark, Kris, Pearse and Victoria were all fantastic at keeping us updated with the progress of our mortgage application and the sale of our house. During one of the biggest moments of our lives and in the middle of a cost of living crisis, Mortgage IQ really made things simple and personal for us.

Great service as always. Joanne and Victoria are a fantastic team, nothing is ever too much for them and they go above and beyond. They were able to find the right mortgage deal to suit our needs, insurance and even recommended a solicitor for us. We are constantly getting updates on our purchase and so far the process has went smoothly thanks to this amazing team.

Everything i have wanted or asked for there was no problem too big. I haven't had to do very much everything has been taken care for me which has been so helpful as im a first time buyer and didn't know what to do
