Unbelievably Bad Customer Service
One of the motors in my desk recently stopped working. Since then, ive contacted MotionGrey's support team SIX TIMES (over 5 weeks) with no response other than "our support team will look into this and get back to you as soon as possible". I've now had a desk that is stuck in the lowest position for a month and a half, with no way to fix it, and no way to actually place a warranty claim.
If I had any idea how awful this company was, id have bought elsewhere. Steer clear.
