Avoid, what a nightmare. Ordered some heated gloves 6 months ago. They arrived with a faulty Y lead. I had to send back and get a new set. 6 months later the lead has gone again. I email them and get an auto reply and hear nothing for 5 days. I keep chasing and had to log into a 2nd website to generate a return. Then have to wait 5 days for a ref number. Then post and claim back the cost via PayPal…. Now i requested a refund. I have no trust in their product with good reason. Out of the blue they send the product back with a 3rd Y lead. Completely ignored my request, didn’t ask me or tell me or update me. The product is poor quality, my Gerbing lasted 6 years with no issues just well worn. leis didn’t even last a winter!! Poor product, even worse customer care.

Please review the return policy carefully before making a purchase. If a part does not fit and has been removed from its original packaging, it may not be eligible for return. First and last time bought anything from them wouldn't recommend.

Contacted regarding Keis inner gloves and received a message back within hours.
I will not hesitate in using these guys again for future purchases.

Had a broken rear rack pack bag (broken zip) and even though I'd had it a while before it broke there was no hesitation from motohaus to get me a new one under warranty. Chloe was extremely helpful end to end. I got the return label. I got the postage refunded very quickly and within 4 days of posting it off I had a new one sitting on the bike. Such a slick and painless experience. Big thanks to Chloe and the team for making it a good experience. Will buy from motohaus again for sure!

I received a Pro tank ring for my Honda only to find when I was fitting it one screw would not go into the hole where it should. On closer inspection (magnifying glass) I noticed the threads on the lead in were slightly closer together. I phoned Motohaus a very helpful Katie asked for a photo via email of the problem and would call me back. She called me back and the decision was to supply two new screws and if I wanted too, as I was local to their office, I could collect them and fit the whole ring assembly while Katie stayed by to ensure all was good, which it was. Customer service as good as this warrants 5stars +, thank you all at Motohaus.

Excellent customer service

I bought a Keis heated Jacket, which was supplied by Motohaus to the Sportsbike shop who I purchased it from. In May the conection socket to one of the heated gloves developed a fault and would not work.
I sent it back via the Sportsbike shop who then sent it to Motohaus. They confirmed it was faultly and offered me a refund, beacsue they did not at that time have any replacement jackets in stock.
This was not good news as I was going to Norway in the summer. I contacted Motohaus directly and then very kindly sent my faulty Jacket back to me along with an extra cable (as a bit of a work arround) which enabled me to connect my Jacket to my gloves.
They also asked me to contact them again in Septemeber, when they would have my type of jacket back in stock,as they would send me a new one as soon as I sent my faulty one back to them.
This has now happneed and everything now is working as it should do.
It was really great to be able to communicate easily with the team at Motohaus and they looked after me really well, for which I am most greatful

Purchased a Street Rack from Motohaus Powersports for a Triumph 2016 675 Street Triple, got it the next day and the fit was perfect, everything about the rack was 100% holes lined up perfectly and the way the adapter plate quickly clips on and off the base plate is really good. fitting instructions were clear. Customer very happy. would purchase same again. 6 Star

I made a purchase from Motohaus a SW Motech product, Amazing Quality and Fit with expert advice on a 2 day earlier phone call to Customer services parts arrived very quick, well packaged invoice and fitting instructions. Extremely helpful and pleased with the purchase.

Bought 2 NEXX helmets a few years ago, and over 3 years did some 30,000 miles. The helmets were comfortable so we looked again at NEXX, and there are some stunning EagleRider black open face helmets. After the last 3 years experience - had to be done. Delivery now eagerly awaited.

Avoid this company at all costs. Not only are their product descriptions miss leading but the returns and refund procedures are a joke. I ordered a SW micro tank bag where the tank bracket was faulty so they made me purchase another bracket which i did and was sent only the bracket and some fixing screws. I was then made to fill in an online form which took me twenty minutes and was told to wait for a returns number which would be sent via email, this was to be written on the package before i could send the bracket back to them. I waited a week before they finally sent the number. Now they state that there are parts missing from the bracket even though they only sent the bracket 😤
The tank bag lid flys up at speed so i am sending the whole thing back. They state that the bag is only rated to 80mph but that information is not highlighted in their online product description, otherwise i would of never purchased the bag in the first place.

Absolute nightmare.

Really nice customer service and great products overall. When I ordered recently a PRO Daypack and a tank ring to go with it, I didn’t realise but I chose the wrong products, as in they didn’t fit together. Their customer service team called, explained the situation and not only updated the order but also sent with next day delivery which although I did not request, was very much appreciated. Very responsive, easy to talk to and fast to take action. Will order more from here in the future and hope they continue this service.

A very impressive company with a great attitude and good service. I needed an Sw Motech Tank Bag for urgent delivery prior to a tour and contacted the customer service team. They were friendly and helpful. They arranged delivery overnight and my order arrived first thing in the morning. I then needed an additional part and they acheived the same again.
