Absolutely terrible
Absolutely terrible, still trying to get my finance application unwound almost 2 weeks after returning the vehicle. Motonovo are a joke. Just need to talk to someone who actually knows what they’re doing, they don’t communicate, don’t respond to emails, won’t let you talk to anyone with half an idea as to what they’re doing. Never had such poor experience with a finance company. Avoid at all costs!
