The sales team at motor4u is second to none the service received by the team was very professional from start to finish with all the information explained carefully so I completely understood what was needed of me and the standards set out by the business itself. Quick and efficient will recommend.

Poor Service and High Risk.
This dealership is a pile them high and sell em as easily and with as little detail as possible. I bought a relatively old car but for me it was still an expensive car.
The salesperson was very inexperienced, couldn’t answer many of my questions and had no authority to make any decisions whatsoever. You have to have your wits about you and be brave to buy from Motor 4U.
The purchaser buys to get the car cleaned before collecting. I think the car was cleaned with a dirty sponge and dirty water as the car was not clean and a bit smelly and was not ready on my arrival inspite of my having traveled some distance to collect the car and therefore had a prearranged collection date and time. Once at the garage and upon seeing the car was not ready, I asked to see the car on the ramp but was not allowed close enough to view the underside etc properly. After nearly walking away because of the poor service and general poor vibes from the whole experience I bought the car against my inner judgement.
Much pressure is applied to purchase additional warranties. I declined but had to claim on the included 90 day warranty. This is not an easy process and after lots of phone calls I eventually got through and then eventually got told I could claim for some of the problems the car had. Unfortunately the warranty company, Autoprotect, are a good partner for Motor 4U as they were equally shifty and did not pay out for most of the issues with the car.
Be very careful when buying anything from Motor 4U and don’t trust much that the sales people and their very shady line managers.

Had such an amazing time at motor4u. Being a family run business I was treated with nothing but respect and they all made me feel lovely. I dealt with both Mike and Taj who helped me understand and get the best finance option for myself with a warranty all for in my budget. Leo helped ensure I got the lowest apr and everyone from the owner to the workshop side of the business was just amazing and spot on.
I would recommend motor4u to anyone that wants to be involved in a growing business and wants the time to be sat down and they are never afraid to answer 1000s of questions.

Great service prior to purchase, and explained all options well. On collection day, really disappointed that the small scratches on door were not dealt with despite asking, and company confirming this had been looked at. Also, EV was not charged so had to hang around for over 1 hour and only just enough charge to make it home. Staff really friendly, company owner very genuine, but these 2 issues on collection took review stars down.

I bought a Jaguar XF Portfolio from motors4u in Flimwell. This is the second car i have bought from them and on both occasions ive had an excellent experience. I did have to take the jag back in for a management light that came on the next day, but they took the car back in and fixed the problem within 2 days, and i even got a courtesy car while they were fixing mine. Omar the service manager, as always was very friendly and accommodating i would defiantly recommend buying a car from them

I'd like to thank OMAR. he was a very kind and helpful guy. Made my visit smooth and quick. He solved the issue I was having over the phone. Called me when the part arrived. It was fitted in less that 20 minutes.

If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
Bought a vehicle in July last year, was sold a warranty I didn't want as the salesman badgered me me, telling me the car was nearly sold to someone else, but I could have it if I matched the previous deal, I thought this was a bit fishy but really wanted the car so went along with it.
Vehicle was fine for about 3 months and then it broke down, contacted Motor4u who told me to take it somewhere else and use my warranty.
Vehicle brought to another garage by AA and then the saga begins.
To cut a long story short the vehicle was off the road for a further three months, the problem was never solved, the warranty company wouldn't pay for the work as it was mostly diagnostic l, and Motor4u didn't want to know.
I had meetings with Motor4u staff who were very nice, but wouldn't compensate me in any way for the work, my stress, or hire cars I had to rent as I needed a car for work.
They just said I should've taken the car to them in the first place, which I tried to do, but was told to take it somewhere else.
This wasn't a cheap car, £16k, I ended up selling it at a £5k loss 6 months after I bought it.
I have never dealt with a more unhelpful company in my life and would strongly advise nobody buy a car from these people, they want your money but not your problems when things go wrong.

Avoid this dealer. My Vehicle needed a thousand pound repair a little over a month after purchase, given the usual admin run around, jumping through hoops to no avail. Got a part payment through the Mickey Mouse warranty but that was capped at £250 which wasn’t explained to me at the time. Poor. Avoid.

Hi all, after reading some bad reviews I nearly didn’t buy my car from Motor4u but thankfully I did use them. I bought a Tesla model 3 and from start to finish they have been absolutely spot on. firstly I spoke to young lad called Charlie over the phone and he give me a trade in offer over for my car and I assumed they would knock that down on arrival as all companies do and 1 company I was going to use knocked £1200 of when I arrived but Motor4u stuck by there offer which I thought was great start secondly I unfortunately had a fault with my boot which after investigation is very common with Tesla, I spoke to Stuart/Omar in service who advised to use Tesla to carry out repair and they would pay it which they did with no questions asked.

I have bought many cars from different garages over the years and Motor4u have been the best by far I personally would 100% recommend and will be using them in 2 years when I trade in again!

UPDATE, owner has contacted me and is a very genuine guy and has dealt with all the issues promptly ,

They ask for a £99 deposit to withdraw the car from sale and to hold it and they don't do, and still haven't returned to me

Then will waste 48hrs messing around with there own finance companies because they don't want to use finance that you have arranged yourself because they won't get commission so instead want to charge £100s in fees

I bought a car from here recently and I was very pleased with the entire process from start to finish, brilliant staff very knowledgeable able to answer any questions I had, I would definitely highly recommend

Avoid avoid avoid!!! Great at replying before you purchase or pay deposit, once deposit paid response was near impossible. Once purchased even worse! Told car would be serviced, clearly had not been, Clean MOT provided using on site garage with things since found that should have been advisories and failures! Car was filthy on arrival! When showing you the car, the salesmen are only interested in selling extortionately priced warranties. Standard 3 month warranty included only covers up to £250 despite being told £2500, but they didn't give paperwork till a few days after. They charge a compulsory admin fee on top of listed price despite not listing this on any other sites they advertise on. Should have walked away immediately but after driving a long way for the perfect car stupidly still bought from them.
