Avoid this dealer at all costs
Avoid this dealer at all costs! I purchased a £25,000 car through a distance sale. The car arrived and unfortunately after a few days we realised it just wasn’t fit for purpose for our family. Annoyingly the system crashed as well but that was quickly fixed by Mercedes Benz. The car is just not suitable for our needs. I contacted Omar Hassan at Motor 4 U to request a return and refund for the car just 4 days after the car was delivered. He told me they would not accept a return for “change of mind” and there was nothing I could do. This is against the law as stated under The Consumer Contracts Regulations (2013) which offers you the right to cancel or return your vehicle from the moment you place your order until 14 days after it has been delivered – provided the entire buying process was done online.
The car also arrived with a windscreen chip I was not informed of which was poorly filled in when the windscreen should have been replaced.
I have since spoken with Pasha Hassan as well at Motor 4 U who bluntly told me they would not accept the car back and refused to acknowledge what the law clearly states.
They have distance sale customers sign an illegal document which states they lose their right to a return within 14 days. Having spoken with Auto-trader Customer Security, the Citizens Advice Bureau and The Motor Ombudsman I have been assured that Motor 4 U are not following correct regulations and I will be now taking legal action to ensure I am compensated.

Unprofessional
Went yesterday to have a look no customer parking cars upon cars so close together you can't even see them properly staff moving cars too fast considering public are walking around. Obviously cars brought from auctions as some still had stickers on them no prices or info on cars and despite 5 staff seeing us were totally ignored not even a hello so obviously didn't want our business

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY!
I was looking to buy an electric car so did extensive search in few different websites. I was particularly interested in Nissan Leaf so I tried to contact this dealer as they had one for sale.On my first try I managed to speak to a sales guy.Since I wanted to p/x my car I told him how much would he give against Nissan. He said he will contact me back after taking details about my car.So far so good.Guess what?After this no response! I guess they don’t really care! So after few days I again tried to contact them and spoke to I don’t know same or other guy who again took my details and said he will contact me back.I told him please leave text if I don’t answer the phone as I am quite busy mostly.He said yes.Again no response! Now if they don’t care to do business I am not really desperate as there are lots of other places one can buy from!So they lost my business! And not only that,on this website I have seen mostly negative reviews about this dealer so I am glad I have not bought a car from there! And another thing which put me off is that they charge extra £300 on top of the price of the car! This is ridiculous!

We purchase a Range Rover evoque from this garage back in July. The car looked stunning and the sales person was very good. Before we purchase this car, we mention about the reliability of this cars. I was assure by the seller that they would take of this. We were sold the extra insurance for parts and labour which it cost a good £2,000 extra, however within 4 months the coolant light came on and guess what???? They don't want to know anything. Their garage service is terrible and the man in charge will not book the car to be seen by them. Obviously they don't go by what the promise when you are buying a car from them, they just want your money!.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!!

Let down!!
We initially had a very good response from this company. The sales rep was really helpful and looked to give us the best deal. We arranged to pick up the vehicle with a part exchange and called them to say we were leaving to pick up the vehicle which was 2 1/2 hours away.
Half way to pick up we had a message from to say they sold the vehicle. Naturally we were very angry about the wasted journey, terrible customer service, what a shame!

Worst Car Dealership
I had the absolute worst experience at Motor 4 u. I called ahead to check if the car was ready for pickup, and we confirmed the details.
When I arrived, the car wouldn't even start, wasn’t prepped, wasn’t MOT’d and had 2,000 extra miles on it compared to what was advertised. They refused to negotiate on the price despite the significant discrepancy.
They told me to go grab a coffee and promised to call me in half an hour when the car was ready to view. Guess what? I never received that call. Luckily, I went to a legitimate dealership nearby, Auto Sportiva, where they got me sorted in just a few hours, and the car was stunning.
I wouldn’t trust these cowboys for a second.

Fraud !!
Hi ! We bought E class from you but we feel cheated! The car have different specifications! Your advert show key less entry but the car haven’t! Suspension lowering 15mm not exactly! Start stop not working! Engine have a lots of errors ! We called to you but the person from after sales said “ the car is not in the system “ we spoke with Will Simpson but he stop answering the phone!! We waiting till Monday and we will inform the finance company we will report fraud. I already spoke with my lawyer.

What a shower
What a shower. Unbelievably unprofessional, deceitful and incompetent.
I saw a car that I was very keen on via Car Guru website. I rang and spoke to a guy in the morning and made a tentative appointment to see him next morning around 10.30am. Couldn’t give definite time as 40 ish miles away. He was very helpful on phone and told me they had a similar vehicle so I had a choice of two. I hadn’t had a plug in hybrid before so I asked a number of questions. He seemed knowledgable and checked with his workshop manager some details. I since found out that he was feeding me incorrect information. I sensed that he was telling me what would convince me to buy one of the cars. I now know that purchasing such a car would be disastrous for me.
The next morning I confirmed I was on my way and he told me that he would get the cars ready for me to view and test drive.
I arrived slightly late (about 10 mins.) due to traffic. The guy I spoke to wasn’t even there. He was out with another customer. After waiting 20 minutes a young lad who seemed new told me that one of the cars had been sold yesterday. He told me of a few other cars that might suit me and he would go to get the keys and would be 5 minutes. Half an hour later he returned to tell me that the second car I’d come to see had been sold just ten minutes earlier. I needed to try a number of cars as I have mobility issues and cannot get into many cars. He wasn’t able to even find the cars he identified on website but we tried similar models. He was unable to find some of the actual cars on site. He told me two were at their second site 10 minutes away. He said he will go and bring one back for me to have a look at. He disappeared for ages again, maybe another half an hour.
During this time I overheard a display of Arthur Daley style sales tactics, giving clearly misleading non compliant financial advice to a couple of ladies who took in everything he was telling them. Apart from his illegal financial mis-selling tactics ( I know this as I was a financial services compliance officer) the salesman’s manner was very friendly. Most things he offered started off at a high price which he told the ladies he had got his manager to reduce “only for you”. I’d already overheard him say the same to another person during my previous wait. I was strongly recommend Trading Standards spend a day on this sight. It would be eye opening.
Anyway my saga continued when the young lad returned only to tell me that he had to jump start the and then he couldn’t move it because it was stuck in mud. Just ten minutes later he’d forgotten what he’d told me and said that the brakes had in fact seized on the vehicle.
By now I was eager to get away but he was insistent on me talking to Chris who was on site as he might be able to sort something out for me. Reluctantly I spoke to Chris who said he would see if they can source the type of car I originally wanted. Then he would ring me and if I paid £99 he would save the car for me.
Before leaving I tried the original car I wanted to see if I could get in it and I could. Almost rubbing salt into the wound! The lad told me as I was leaving that Chris had (within 5 minutes) sourced two cars and would ring me in the week. Chris if you read your reviews don’t bother ringing. I’ve read Trust Pilot reviews (as well as Motors 4You works of fiction), along with my own customer experience and will not be dealing with such a shambolic organisation.

Spent over 20k with them for 1 fault we found on pre purchase inspection not to have been corrected 1 week later kn pick up.
Very soon after purchase a fault accourd we were told to Google the problem and fix it ourselves. Has since been back with them and also an independent garage and fault has happened and after both "fixes". They were meant to collect car today for repair again and no one has showed up to collect. Phoned and were told there is no one there who can talk to us.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly, family-run atmosphere at Motor 4 U. The moment I arrived, I was greeted by a helpful and courteous team. The environment, whilst busy, was unpressured and hassle-free through out, with Charlie, giving us the opportunity to explore the vehicle in our own time.
What truly sets this dealership apart is its commitment to honesty and transparency. After expressing interest in the vehicle and placing a deposit, Charlie and Omar diligently investigated a discrepancy they had with the vehicle's history. They proactively communicated their concerns with me, offering both clarity and the option to either proceed or receive a full refund of my deposit.
While I ultimately chose the latter, this experience speaks volumes about the dealership's integrity. I wholeheartedly recommend Motor 4 U to anyone seeking a fair and reliable car buying experience.

Terrible company do not believe the Google reviews. Happy to take my deposit and then sold the car I had purchased to someone who paid a higher deposit. But didn’t bother to tell me. Your purchase is not secure here. I believe because I didn’t pay for the extra warranty they chose the above action instead. Disgraceful

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this company regarding a refund for my initial deposit. After deciding not to proceed with my purchase, I requested a refund, and they assured me it would be processed within three days. However, what followed was a nightmare.
For over a month, I had to chase them down, calling countless times just to get any kind of update. Every time, they would either ignore my calls or come up with a new excuse to delay. The customer service team seemed either unwilling or unable to help, and I felt like they were simply dragging their feet.
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Their lack of transparency and constant delays made this experience far more stressful than it needed to be. If you value your time and money, go elsewhere.

WORST DEALERSHIP EVER! 100% STAY AWAY
ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE!!! STAY AWAY DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM. UNROADWORTHY CARS!
Was super excited and actually bought the merc gla180 from them. Day of pick up, the car was absolutely filthy inside, with bits of food, lashes laying around. Disgusting. Driver seat was in bad condition and was never told before collecting. I had to wait for it to be “valeted” again. Within 30 mins of driving the car, engine light came on. They kept promising to fix it. Took the car back to them to get fixed, but it was just lie on top of lie. Car not fixed, only Codes were deleted and car given back to me thinking I wouldn’t notice. I then took it to Merc for proper diagnostic for them to tell me there was an oil leak and other serious issues, which they had previously fixed INCORRECTLY and with cheap non genuine parts. Many other bad things happened from start to finish, but I’ll be here all day writing… they know exactly everything single thing that happened.
After a horrendous couple of weeks, i returned the car back! Best decision i could have made.

Not honest helpful or constructive would best describe my experience of them.
After being the highest bidder i wrongly thought that they would be in touch and deal with the sale quickly and professionally.
After 8 days of missed appointments they finally managed to get to me at 8.30 PM on Friday 27th September.
Nice guy inspected the car and raised my hopes that i was selling a quality vehicle.
Then he rang his boss to confirm the inspection and make the offer.
Despite my warnings that the price needed to be on or close to the winning auction price i was insulted by the offer over £700 less made and he left without the car. This offer was well below the reserve price given by Motorway
Motorway asked them for a report on why the offer was so low and are still waiting for a reply.
Today i sold my car to the second highest bidder and the transaction was quick professional and i achieved very close to my asking price.
Motors4U made me question what must be wrong with my car to be made such a low offer.
I now know that it wasn't the car that was bad, it is the company that won the auction and have never heard of being honest, helpful or constructive.
They certainly haven't heard of decency and demonstrated all that people perceive to be wrong with the motor trade.
There are good traders out there but Motors4U certainly isn't one of them.

Would not even put 1 star if I had the option
Absolutely terrible customer service and company in general. The salesperson was rude to my mum, I won't put a name as they know who they are, and they came back out to apologise for how they spoke to her. After that I still went ahead and put a deposit down on a Mercedes a35, which was welcomed of course, and was told that I will get a call soon to let me know when the car was ready. I got a call a few days later from someone, again I will not mention names as they know who they are, who has said that they don't want to do business with me as my mum was rude. He didn't have any interest in my side of the story and overlooked the fact that the salesperson was rude to mum in the first place. Not only that but I also signed the order form to say that I am buying the car so they are in breach of that too. Judging by the other recent reviews I don't think that I am the only person that has had issues with this company/their salespeople...
