What a great dealership and staff. I have just bought a new Aprilia Tuareg 660 from them. Marc and Jack were really helpful throughout and made the process simple, clear and efficient. The deal we struck was very fair. My bike was delivered bang on time to my home by their great driver Kev. My follow-up queries were answered and sorted immediately by them as well.
They also have a great shop (and cafe) with many brands.
I can totally recommend Motorcycle World.

Put deposit down on Vespa Sprint 125 s advertised on website at a reduced price of £3295 for pre registered bikes in Matt blue or grey . Contacted dealer 2 days later to confirm order . Jack (sales) told me there were none in store but 7 in country and should be ok to deliver by Xmas which I agreed to. Now told that they have made a mistake none available at that price now taken off website. If I want one they are £4795 no discount available when I said I wasn’t happy was told nothing they could do .However did say they were happy to refund me the £99 deposit . When I said I wanted to take matter further as unhappy, Ash the manager told me ‘do whatever you want to do ‘ when I questioned why I was able to place order on something listed on website was simply told no longer available and it was a one off purchase price ? They have now removed the offer from website.When I said I wasn’t happy as Jack had confirmed the price I then had the phone put down on me . Disgusting service would never purchase anything from them in future .

I just received my Vespa Sprint 125 a few days ago and I am so happy with my purchase. Matt is a real professional and a true gentleman. Let’s just say that if I decided to purchase another bike in the future, I wouldn’t even bother with other dealers.. i’m coming straight here (and I live in London). I can’t recommend it enough, honestly. Thanks Motorcycle World for your amazing product but especially for your great customer service!

Hi Colin,
I rang you guys a few weeks to ask about riding with a car licence.
I wanted to know what bikes I could ride under my driving licence and any other things I may need to know.
I you were very professional welcoming and knowledgeable. At no point did I feel hurried or a waste of time to him. We were discussing 3 wheelers.
We discussed various options both 2 and 3 wheelers helmets clothes and competing prices versus online shops.
The conversation ended with an invite to come and a coffee and and a chat.
I know you sell bikes but it felt like a genuine offer.

I found and bought a pre-registered Yamaha R3 from Motorcycle-World during the bleak cold month of January. I saw the bike via Auto Trader and I found them after much trawling and correspondence with lots of R3 traders. The bike was available for a fantastic knock-down price from the new RRPs so were there any caveats with it I wondered?

Apart from the great bike deal from Motorcycle-World on offer, they promised me the best part exchange on my 2021 YZF-R125 which was very generous with them being a Yamaha dealer. Other big-name trader P/X offers were derisory.

The Motorcycle-World R3 arrived as scheduled along with all the documents and keys you would expect from a brand-new Yamaha. After sorting my Tax/Insurance documents I was then hurtling between the local villages as I did on my YZF-R125, but this time with a larger engine and a smile. I had asked for Oxford heater grips to be fitted - these had been done by their workshop pre-delivery to high standard and did not disappoint on such a cold day.

I can't thank Colin enough for his clear communication, extremely efficient PDI and eventual dispatch of my smashing new motorbike. The bike was in top condition and brand-new as advertised with only 7 miles on the clock and the bike shop as the first registered keeper.

I also want to give credit to Kevin from KW Bike Transporter as his bike delivery service, again arranged by Motorcycle-World, was first-rate and the bike exchange went like clockwork.

The bike is everything they said it would be, it's more than expected with the whole experience my best so far with UK motorbike dealers. The world is indeed endless Colin!

Hi Guys
Not like me to do this, but was so impressed with the service, I had to say something. From walking in, to riding away the team were fantastic, no pressure, no hard sale, just a genuine interest in to what i was looking for. The bike was tucked away in a corner, not sure why, but Colin made space and without any drama knew all of the history, joined by other members of the team. also knowing about the bikes history, felt really engaged, all most like they wanted to buy it. Bike had already been discounted so could not get any dough off, but got offered a discount in the shop, the guy in the shop was top notch, got a mega deal on a pair of Alpinestars boots, way to much money at full price, again nothing was to much trouble. In short, great team, really friendly and engaging,, and all round proper bike guys. When i get old i*m going to buy an Indian from them, well worth a visit. Coffee shop looked great but could not to wait to get GSXR1000 out on the road. The bike is everything you said it would be, its more than expected, and the whole experience has been pain free, which is not the norn.

I received a recall notice for my Suzuki and booked it into this dealer for the work.
I transported my bike in a van as I had not finalised my insurance and left it on the shops forecourt.
The shop wasn't busy and 2 salesmen were milling about and the receptionist was on a call. There was no acknowledgement of my presence, the receptionist was polite and booked my bike in. I expressed my concern at leaving my bike outside, I was told it would be fine.
I remained uncomfortable and asked the guy in the workshop if I could bring it inside. He was also milling about, did not look to be working on any bike. He had attitude saying there were lots of bikes out there with no locks on and it would be fine. I tried to explained my anxiety as previously having had a bike stolen from a nearby spot in Northampton. He was most unconcerned and said no he'd get it in in a minute.
Not a good customer service experience, put me off the dealership.
On collecting my bike again no hello from the salesmen, very disinterested.
Sad really, Northampton used to have so many bike shops. This dealership would not be my first choice for a new bike.
A smile and warm greeting goes a long way.

Totally unprofessional, shocking after sales service, not interested and refusing to repair my bike under warranty contrary to the consumer rights act 2015. They’re not responding to any communications from me or the finance company. REALLY?
I would suggest finding another dealer.

Bad experience, buying what was advertised as a brand new motorcycle from Motorcycle World. I was deliberately misled leading up to the point of sale, that there were no faults with the bike. On delivery bike had exposed wiring and rust on the throttle extra milage. Bike rejected. Garage would not accept law of right to a full refund. Garage would not accept that there was a fault with the bike. Sales agent at garage cheekily offered to buy bike back at a reduced price. Deliberately avoided contacting customer. Manager from Motorcycle World, not offering full refund. Currently in a dispute with garage.

The t-shirt ordered was exactly as expected but I received it a week after ordering which a little slow hence 4 stars rather than 5.

I had to cancel my order as it was not wanted. I contacted at least a fortnight before the delivery date. They cancelled my order and refunded immediately. Great service.
