I am disappointed with the service provided by Motormoolah.

The process initially seemed smooth, and I had completed all the required steps. I had even reached the final stage of arranging a collection date for my car. However, at the very last moment, they suddenly cancelled the transaction, claiming that my car model has a gearbox that is prone to failure.

This reasoning is both unreasonable and unacceptable. My car is in perfectly good working condition with no gearbox issues whatsoever. Cancelling the deal at such a late stage shows a serious lack of professionalism and has wasted a significant amount of my time and effort.

Overall, this experience has made me question their evaluation standards and business integrity. The level of uncertainty and last-minute changes make them unreliable.

I would not recommend this company.

Started to be continuously called at 7am from Motormoolah from an automated system. Woke everyone up. Why harass potential customers a clear way never to get business of me again.

Truly professional from the phone call to the valuation and collecting the vehicle highly recommend if you are looking to sell your car

I recommend this company to sell your car to. Would have liked a bit more for my car but unless I wanted the hassle of selling it privately I was limited to what I could get and Motor Moolah came up with the best price out of the several companies I tried. The whole process was very quick and simple and everything went smoothly on the day of collection. They never tried to knock the price down by picking fault on collection day (this does rely on the seller giving an accurate description originally though) and the collection company they use was also very good (and punctual). I would use Motor Moolah again.
