Really good
Really good. Motor Moolah were efficient from start to finish. They offered me a price and paid in full when they arrived to check the car. Jay who picked up the car was really helpful polite and on time despite coming a long way. He was realistic in hus assessment of the car and honoured the value offered. Good all round service compared to others that offered the option to buy.

A positive experience
I will base this review on Motormoolah only, not there contracted collection company and this wouldn't fairly reflect them.
From initial conversation with Dan, i genuinely cant fault them. A fair price was offered, significantly more than Motorway, and everything went swimmingly from there (until collection company time!) Dan was always contactable by email with almost instant replies to questions / queries which made the experience so much easier.
Would definitely use again.

Early morning messages
I had a look and put in my details but not used them. They then out of the blue message me at 7am when I was still asleep with an advertising txt. The “Stop” option does not work and I can’t even block them on my phone which is rather suspicious.

Dan was very helpful and was quick sorting the collection of my car
I only gave it 4 star but this was not down to Dan but because it was frustrating waiting for collection when he had to change collection on two occasions with the transport firms . The third firm who collected were very good

I sold my car through Motormoolah with the help of Dan that works there. There is nothing negative to write about or anything bad to say.
It all went smoothly, the communication was great and very understanding about the delay in collection as I was waiting for my new car to be delivered. They also didn’t try to haggle or knock the price down like wbac did! Would recommend to anyone.

Great selling experience
Jade made this process extremely easy. I used the online valuation tool late in the evening and by the following day, I had already received a firm offer based on the vehicles condition. The valuations are by far the best when compared to other car buying sites. Easy process when dropping the vehicle off, a quick check over of the car to verify its condition, and then payment was received straight away (Not like the other garages on Motorway that exist to secure vehicles at a unrealistic price on the auction to beat the reputable dealers and then look to screw you down when coming to collect the car)
I would use Hilton Garage again due to its seamless process.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Awful service! Filled the online valuation awaiting a very long time for a response. Kept messaging the customer service everyday kept promising me a call back and a quick response, nothing just dragged me along. All the waiting to come back and say vehicle isn’t in their criteria!!! And apologise that I was speaking to their ai service. Absolutely time wasters avoid! Don’t waste half hour uploading your photos to get an unrealistic valuation and them to keep you dreaming for days.
4.5 on trustpilot? Think their AI bots did the reviews for them.
