Poor communication and unanswered…
Poor communication and unanswered questions increased stress and then a payment later than indicated in conversation made this frustrating.
Nearly lost the car due to this process- had I not already paid over 50% of the agreed price as deposit the deal would have fallen through. Also not 7 day a week service. My broker was poor but the company did seem ok when I had to go past her for information.

The MTF process was straightforward to follow
The. follow through was prompt and helpful. I would have liked to know more details of the loan (who with, interest rates etc) earlier in the process, as it felt like i was signing up to something without having a very clear of exactly what i was choosing.
It was a very straightforward process and i appreciated the friendly support.
