Not very clear communication from the start to the end adding Alot of stress that is not necessary. Also not respecting the fact that I am disabled and my way of communicating was not fully respected.

Renee was great. She was so patient with me as technology and i are not great friends. Everything was simple, fast and stress free due to Renee.
