We used move plus for our first buying and selling experience and it was such a supportive service. Louise Hart was exceptional in communicating with us, supporting us, answering our sometimes silly questions and keeping us informed. Anytime we needed something Louise responded to us at speed. This really helped alleviate any anxieties we had along the way as the process of buying and selling is not an easy one! Would recommend Move Plus especially as a part of purchasing a new build home!

I was contracted as an electrician and worked with Lauryn on a property project. She was highly professional, organised, and easy to communicate with. The job was clearly planned, and any queries were dealt with promptly. The entire process, including invoicing and payment arrangements, was handled efficiently. I would not hesitate to work with Lauryn again and would happily recommend her.

Nelle and Jessica made a complicated house purchase really easy, were able to assure me everything would be alright and kept on top of things. No issues at all.

Our house sale and purchase had a few hiccups, but through all of the issues Faye from MovePlus was an absolute superstar! She kept us informed every step of the way, and was great at chasing up those pesky solicitors!

I recently work with Saray on painting a whole house refresh ready for sale, Saray was great from start to finish, was clear on what needed to be done,was really easy process was happy to work with Saray.

Terrible communication from the start to be honest. I am shocked at all the good reviews as we have had nothing but issues. It started off with the agent passing over our details on 6 May and us then having to chase after not hearing from them for over a week. To then discussing part exchange and being told one figure to the next the day the figure being changed by £10,000. We agreed and confirmed we would just double check some figures over the weekend but 100% confirm on the Monday. The Monday morning we then received an email again changing the figure because the “sellers were short of monies”. We then upped it by £5,000 - we heard nothing. I then had to once again chase them for days (whilst I work full time) to be told oh sorry they are going with another buyer. We then received an offer for our property a few days later and were able to proceed down the normal purchase route and offering an additional £10,000 to secure the property and were left for days without answers and having to continuously chase and being told the person dealing with it was on leave. Finally, we had a response that our offer was accepted and sent email confirmation and an ID link which cost £54 and to be told to do this right away. Not even hour later I had a call
from them that another buyer had made an additional offer at 5.20 in the afternoon and they don’t know when they will Be able to get back to us to confirm if us adding additional £5,000 to our offer will be accepted. In the end me and partner gave an ultimatum that we needed to hear from them by 3 PM on Friday with a decision . Of course by 3.30 we heard nothing. We had enough of the delay and the constant doubt and had no confidence in this company that we withdrew from the negotiations.

I have never in my career of working in the legal industry for 15 years experienced such a shoddy service. The lack of communication, us having to constantly chase and them changing the goal posts is to be frank - disgusting service. Their customer service skills and communication skills are clearly lacking and I would advise anyone who is thinking of getting involved with this company to avoid.

Lauryn S, is very good at organising things, we worked together to tidy up a clients garden, I organised a day I would be there, she did all the communicating with her client and it went extremely well, and Saray B aswell, both were extremely helpful and would recommend this company to others, thank you both, the clients garden is all ready, to enjoy the summer in, the lawn is all nice and tidy now.

Aaliyah Brown has been superb. Her email responses are super quick, she’s helpful, polite and informative and I couldn’t have got this far without her! Thank you so much ☺️
