I cannot recommend MoveAxis highly enough, and I am beyond grateful to our driver, Elvis, and his partner for an absolutely exceptional service.

I needed a very specific, unusual, and incredibly heavy piece of machinery across England, a job that several other couriers had already turned down. Elvis and his team accepted the challenge without hesitation and executed the entire move with professionalism, skill, and care.

From start to finish, the process was completely seamless. They secured the heavy machine perfectly, transported it safely door-to-door, and provided live tracking that was accurate down to the minute. On top of being quick and professional with zero delays, they were incredibly responsive, sweet, and reassuring throughout the entire move, and I am a nervous customer.

If you have a difficult, heavy, or specialist transport job, do not look anywhere else. Elvis and his team are total superstars! Thank you so much again!

Buying a bookcase on eBay, it had to be transported from Worcester to York. Via Shiply, I found Moveaxis, who were very professional, with great communication during the move, and took good care of the bookcase. Would certainly recommend them and use them again.

Great experience from start to finish! I bought an item on eBay that was "collection only," and since I couldn't get there myself, I used this company to pick it up and deliver it to me. Their communication was excellent, they arrived exactly on time, and they charged a very reasonable price for the service. Everything was handled perfectly and I would definitely recommend them!

Everything about the actual delivery was alright, but a call operator had been unfairly and excessively rude to my friend who was only receiving the parcel. Simple patience and human decency is required.

Extremely positive experience. My first time getting furniture delivered brought on eBay, in the past I had to ignore anything heavy and with ‘pick-up only’ on it. However it was amazingly simple. Two nice gentlemen came and placed it exactly where I wanted it, no fuss. Brilliant, Will certainly recommend.

It was easy to plan being available for the pick up as I could track the van’s location. On top of that, I received a phone call 10 minutes before they arrived which was very good for me to be prepared. Upon arrival, S&K got down to loading the packages efficiently and were on their way. Very cooperative, careful and efficient. Pleased with their service.

S&K were prompt and very organised - plus patient when having to deal with hassled drivers as they needed to be in the road while loading.

S and K came and collected the 9 heavy items this morning from our first floor flat - arriving early, phoning beforehand to give an eta and moving them quickly to their van. I trust they will arrive safely in Southampton but the first part was done with politeness, professionalism and promptness- very happy to recommend.

Just used this company for first time, the pick up was on time and my package was delivered on time.
