Movivan was suggested by a very good friend who just used them to move to High Wycombe. I gave them a call, and they had such great customer service. And it was such a reasonable quote, I went with them, and I'm glad I did. The service they provided, the team that was sent, even during the move I had to hire another van through them, and it was such a smooth transaction with them. The move was completed efficiently, and no headaches or hick up's. I would advised you to give them a call, you will not regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. From the quote to completion. Miro was my contact person through the whole thing, he was kind, professional and most importantly worked with my needs. I had a tiny bit of a complicated move they handled it like stars, even getting everything done before the initial timeframes we discussed!! The guys who packed our things and physically moved everything we’re things of LEGEND. Not one thing was broken and I have more bar glasses then I’d like to admit. I honestly just can’t say enough about them. Everyone I interacted with was so pleasant and professional. Thank you Miro and Movivan for making this stressful time as stress free as possible!!!! I highly recommend you use this company for any removal needs!

Best people there in the trade. The guys were very skilful, polite, organised and took all of stress of moving. Ivan and his team made the whole experience positive and cheerful. Great experience, they packed my furniture to a really high standard taking care throughout. Friendly and efficient.

Communication was friendly and clear in advance of moving. On the day they were efficient, worked hard and were happy to move everything to the exact place I wanted it. Quick, efficient, much cheaper than other firms and painless - wish dealing with other companies when moving was as easy.

Excellent service on the phone and when the move was done. Courtoius and helpful staff. As moving is always stressful, it helps when the movers are understanding and flexible.

We booked Movivan at short notice for our move from London to Sussex, on a recommendation from a friend who had used them for her move recently. They were so accommodating, both in fitting us in and last minute changes to itinerary. On the day, the team were astoundingly efficient and we were simply amazed at how quickly and smoothly they managed to move everything to our new home. Great value and brilliant service.

Having received some truly wild quotes from some companies I decided to go with Movivan following a couple of recommendations. Given how much cheaper Movivan were than a number of their competitors I have to admit that I was expecting a lower level of service given that I had gone with a cheaper option. I couldn't have been more wrong, the service was absolutely exceptional. The two guys worked incredibly hard and were extremely helpful with extra tasks like dismantling the beds. All round brilliant experience.

Movivan helped us with a massive move (leaving a house after 27 years you have a lot of stuff). They guys were friendly, efficient, capable and worked incredibly hard from start to finish.

We had a 'two legged' move - out of our house into storage, then out of storage into our new house a week later. For both stages I got a phone call the day before the move (a Sunday) to confirm we were prepared and knew what time to expect them. On the day of the move they turned up on time (slightly early if anything) and stage 1 was a really long day, over 12 hours.

I was impressed with these guys and really wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Superb service in every way and also at a very competitive price.

From the house survey with Miro to the moving service itself, everything went smoothly and quickly! We were impressed with the movers and how quick they were to pack our things with care. Everything arrived quick and intact, nothing was broken and we just couldn’t believe that this was done with four men!

If I could leave no stars I would. At first my experience with this firm was positive - easy booking, good price, turned up on time. The three men moved my elderly parents from a second floor flat with no lift to a retirement home. They didn't have a great deal of possessions and furniture so it didn't take too long. Everything seemed to go well until I went to set up my parents tv and the plasma screen was broken. The tv was in perfect working order prior to the move. It was only nine months old. I phoned Movivan to explain what had happened and took photos and sent them with an email. I was contacted by a very unhelpful man who suggested that the tv was already broken and he basically accused me of trying to get a new tv from them which most certainly was not true. He said that it happens all the time which I can believe but I did not do this. He did not believe me when I told him that the tv was carried down four flights of concrete stairs UNWRAPPED and NOT PROTECTED. He said that he had spoken to his staff and they disagreed, which they would. They are not going to admit being at fault as they would have to pay but instead I had to pay more than the cost of the removals again to pay for a new TV for my parents. My parents have very basic contents insurance which doesn't cover this eventuality. DO NOT use this firm as their after service and customer service is shocking. If things go wrong they don't want to know. I am so cross that they could do this to an elderly couple.

Movivan Ltd was very professional, timely and kept us up to date throughout the process respectively.
They were very helpful and delivered a high standard service with no damages which was greatly appreciated. We would definitely recommend their services and would use them in the future.

DO NOT TRUST what they say. they lie and sweet talk you to just to take money from you. insurance is a shamble, when they damage your property they will not tell you and when you find out and try to claim the compensation they will call you a lier and will say it was you who damaged your own stuff. they damaged my TV never admitted it and refuse to compensate me £500 for it. they are liars. I WILL NEVER recommend them to anyone
P.S. I reported the damage on the day 7 after the move. And it was never indicated to me the time limit for complaints. I was deliberately misled by Movivan

Really good experience with Movivan. The team in the office were really quick and helpful with the booking and were able to be flexible to meet our ever changing moving date. The guys on the day were polite and worked really hard in the heat going up and down two flights of stairs. Would definitely recommend!

Great movers at a really reasonable price. They disassembled and reassembled items really quickly and made multiple stops to pick up furniture. Would definitely recommend and should I be moving again I'll definitely be back in touch!

Movivan quoted very attractively and created good impression during inventory stage which made us chose them.
So the good news is that we got moved - however having moved numerous times in the past with different companies this was the worst experience we've had to date. The moving team was badly organized, packing literally every spoon on the first day and on the second day moving into a chaotic rush dissembling all our furniture in haste and thrown into the truck with minimal protection.

Result- half of the furniture has experienced damage or at minimum scratch marks and to date (5 months) no response from Movivan to any of my compensation claims for the seriously damaged items I had to completely replace.

Conclusion - competitive pricing but as is often the case you get what you pay. Next time I'll go back to a more professional company.
