Abusive and aggressive Abusive over the phone and aggressive driver who tried to Assault me while haveing my child with me

I booked a van for a specific job and asked the driver if he had a ramp and cargo straps for this job. He had the diemntions of what needed to be moved and arrived with none of the specifications I requested on the advert. I tried to navigate around them with what I had but was unsuccessful.

He demanded payment and I was rushing to fix the issue that he had created so paid him to leave so I could solve it.

This has cost my business £1200, the cost of this van hire and reputational damage.

Excellent service. I used them for delivery of a large furniture unit from the showroom to my house. They were able to do it at a short notice, at a very reasonable charge - other quotes were far higher! And they delivered it right at the agreed time. A huge thanks to them!

Reliable. Very efficient. Friendly enough. Van was big enough for what I needed. I initially wanted a van with just 1 man to move and just help him myself but decided to opt for a second person to help with moving the furniture. All worth it. Very competitive pricing overall.

They managed to fit all our stuff into one Luton van (we have 3-bedroom flat and I literally don’t understand how they managed to achieve that). Everything was really fast and smooth, and I liked that they had special blankets to protect our furniture.

I just want to make feedback for the company, which I was very happy for the service . Absolutely the guys is ready professional I was using this company for while always they make me happy the last time I hire the van on the company and they bring expensive motorbike. I was worried if it’s happened in a scratch or damage inside a van, but the guy who’s bringing the motorbike is really professional and polite and when I saw the bike, it was really saved by strap inside the van I was ready happy for the guy that he Make motorbike safety

Always responsive (I've booked 1 to 2 days in advance), and they haven't harmed furniture for me. Fast, and really flexible (with times and dates). All the times I've gotten them, they are always 10 to 20 minutes early, although they don't pressure if they are early, and let you know in advance in case you won't be ready. Overall great service.

I’ve used this company a couple of times for helping moving large items of furniture and they’ve been fantastic both times. Very efficient, very professional, very helpful and also very affordable. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely continue to use their services whenever we move again!

One of the WORST service providers. I lost my £90.28 & 2 hours!!!
I booked a medium van to move my X3 pieces of items from someone’s house to my house. The distance was only about a 3-4-minute drive. I booked for 2030hrs, but the van didn’t turn up till 2236hrs I was standing outside the house for more than 2hrs in the cold. Tried to call/text them several times, no response at all. Later, the provider texted me that the new driver is on the way, but still not responding my call!! I asked them to reschedule for the next day; they said NO. I have to rebook & repay again. By the time 2230hrs the owner of Pick up house was gone for his night shift work & I lost a day of pay & my 2 hours of family time.
I won’t use VanUmove again.. Never.. I gave one star just to write my review, otherwise they don’t deserve a star.
