VanUmove Reviews

We had a smooth experience with VanUMove whom we hired for our move. They provided us with packing, transportation and unpacking services.

The team was very professional and handled our items with care and diligence. They were also kind enough to unpack our goods with thought and care and were able to accommodate our needs. Communication with Joseph before the move was simple and I would highly recommend their services.

Efficient. On time. They know what they’re doing. Really good at stacking my stuff in the storage unit. I got 2 guys to move, the extra pair of hands makes it that much easier and faster.

Brilliant service, helpful and very reasonable price - would recommend

“Excellent service from start to finish. Everything went smoothly, the team was professional, friendly and helpful. The move was handled carefully and efficiently, and everything arrived safely. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend VanUMove to others. Thank you!”

Great service, great price, reliable service, polite workers.

I highly recommend this removal company. Both drivers were punctual, pleasant, helpful ,and careful with our items. The booking process is quick and efficient and I would certainly use them again

The original driver unexpectedly canceled the order. However, the team responded very quickly, arranged a replacement driver within an hour, and resolved the issue. The response was excellent, and we really appreciate the support.

The best of the best removal service in London. Specifically Evan , he was super punctual, efficient and extremely polite. Highly recommend this agency for removal services

Booked and confirmed everything just to be left hanging 30 minutes before pickup time because they sent the courier to a different job.

Great communication prior to move. Joseph was very helpful. Arranged the move at very short notice. All went very smoothly. Would highly recommend.

I was impressed with the service received. I used JP Man & Van to move houses. The driver loaded my items fast, efficiently and overall was a very kind man. They also don’t charge an arm and a leg. I’ll be using their services again.

I have used this service for my last two house moves and on both occasions I have been really impressed with their excellent work ethic, efficiency and level of professionalism. Plus they really are great value for money, in my opinion! Moving house is stressful enough. Make it easier on yourself by hiring the right moving service. Thanks and good luck!

Well planned and executed move. They came on time, moved all furniture and boxes with great care. All happened within the time frame.

Moved from London to Canterbury
The drivers/helpers worked very hard all day in the hot weather great service cant fault them great work thank you .

We had a big move yesterday and we were very happy with how efficient and adaptable the team was. From the first contact with Joseph (still working while he was on holiday) to a quotation visit by Alex, we were impressed by their responsiveness and timeliness. Alex and Yuri were amazingly diligent and good humour throughout the packing and moving, in punishing heat no less. They were very careful with our electronics and piano. They even helped us connect our washing machine at the new home. Thanks very much again for making our move more manageable.

It's always five stars whenever I book these guys. Reliable, able to help at the last minute, solid, professional and fairly priced...will continue to just them again and again.

Really easy process, super helpful. Ivan was great!

Joseph was very helpful with my move. He was easy to coordinate with, very helpful and treated my items with care. I would definitely book again if I move in the future!

Great communication prior to the move and a nice clean van with all of the gear. Everything went swiftly and was handled with care. Would definitely recommend JP Man and a Van and would use again.

We just moved at the weekend and the guys were great! Took down furniture and put it back together - and were really friendly and helpful - made our move much smoother and really reasonably priced!
