Email is needed for just about everything these days. I didn’t think much of it when putting it on this website. Then before you know it there is money taking out of my Apple Cash and no subscriptions on file. This app/website fake company is a scam!

This site is trying to charge my card but ive never signed up for any subscription. I try to go to the website to cancel something i never signed up for and it says no account under this email or google account. So went to play store and no subscription with this company. I paid for a one time reading and now they keep trying to charge my card.

What everyone else has said here. Tried to contact customer support four times and never got a response. Had to find a Reddit post to figure out how to cancel. Evil messed up way to run a business. Especially one that focuses on Astrology

I was tricked into subscription after paying 0.50p for birth chart, and then I received a 8.90 subscription fee then I tried to cancel through their website but it has no option to cancel, company is turkey based, all predictions are automatically generated , this is a total scam. Had to reach out to my credit card company to cancel through their website charges. After looking online I found that we can cancel it via Zolto account , it worked but I do not yet trust them, they didn’t provide any email whatsoever if they cancelled or not. Total scam, stay away.

This is a scam company! Do not pay the 99 cents for a chart! Chart is incorrect and they keep billing you $12.99 a month. Canceling is impossible. I have sent them so many emails trying to cancel. On the app it says manage subscription and it does not give you the option to cancel. I've literally dealt with this for the last 6 months! I literally had to cancel my bank card and get a new one because of them.

All the reviews tou are reading are absolutely correct there no support you cant cancel basically. They said go to Google play i went there no subscription I went to the website there no account with that email this is an absolute scam do not i repeat do not waste your time and money

Moyra is a scam. On the website and the app. It will show that you need to pay .50 cents. I entered my info and it was buffering then actually booted me back to the beginning questions and I had to start over, then I noticed that the price went up to $12.99, so I went looking for reviews. This is a scam.
I followed people's advice and used Zotlo, I hope it works, and will be contacting my bank as well.

Another piece of garbage scam. Give a bunch of info for something frivolous then give us your credit card. Worthless. Keep searching. Don't waste your time.

Accepted a single charge, realised immediately I had signed up to a WEEKLY SUBSCRIPTION I obviously didnt want so immediately terminated my account per the process outlined in their T&Cs (I checked) AND raised a ticket specifically stating I wanted to end any subscription and terminate my account as nothing was showing in my Google Play or Google account subscriptions (Suss af).

No reply. And I checked both Google Play and Pay for any new subscription in case there was a lag. Nothing.

1 week later and I get a notification that theyve taken nearly a tenner as an "in app purchase" despite me terminating my account and uninstalling everything.

Had to contact my bank because wtf.

They hide what youre agreeing to and then make it near impossible to cancel/end the payments.

If you're trying to cancel your account, log into/create a Zotlo account and you will see the Moyra subscription there. (account.zotlo.com)

So stupid, such a scam app.

Absolutely horrendous experience. I have been attempting to cancel this garbage app for weeks, and their support team is gaslighting me the entire way. Each time I submit a request to cancel or for assistance to cancel, as it's not appearing as a subscription in my Apple Account, they say "use this link to cancel," but never include a link. I'm now at the point where I am having to dispute charges to my credit card because I can't get any support from the Moyra team. Do yourself a favour: Stay clear of this app.

Impossible to cancel and keep charging me.

Awful service, doesn't do what it says on the tin. Never sent me my analysis, and then makes it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. After 2 months of being charged £8.99 (it was advertised as a £0.50 payment to get your chart), I finally discovered I had to create a Zotlo account to access my subscription and cancel it- absolute SCAM.

Charged me even though i didn't sign up to anything and no way to stop being charged

Set up a free trial to give it a go, decided its not something i would pay for and had to jump through so many hoops to be able to cancel. Their FAQs place cancelling on google pay or apple pay. After contacting support they sent a link to account.zotlo.com where i had a subscription i could cancel.

Ended up paying 3 months for something i didnt want

If I could give this company zero stars I would.
I used the app for about 10 minutes (free trial...apparently) then cancelled and deleted my account.
Surprise, surprise...they have stolen money from my bank account, another dodgy app that steals money from the customer, I will be reporting them to my bank for fraud and theft.

Another "0" - "Zilch", "Useless" rating for Moyra.

Disregard anything it says about easy subscription cancellation via the subscription on App store or Googe Play. I've just seen a payment being requested/taken from my bank account despite cancelling. Further Gooling, you have to go to Zolto (using the same email add you used for Moyra) and 1) remove your card details, 2) cancel the subscription

Very sketchy

If I could give 0 stars I would, stay away from this website and app!!! I paid 50p for a report I didn’t receive, I was then enrolled onto a subscription plan I never agreed to, I’ve emailed multiple times, raised multiple claims and received nothing back, I’m now going through a dispute with my bank to get this back and block them!! Absolutely terrible company and scam website!
