Absolute scam. I never agreed to a subscription and now there is literally no way to cancel it from the website. It’s so infuriating, I’m currently reporting them through my bank.

Just the most annoying experience ever! App itself very mediocre and just general info. But canceling the subscription, absolute nightmare. I emailed customer support 3 times! Not one single answer and when the trial period expired, they still charged me. They say I bought it through Google play, but when I check my subscriptions, it is not listed so I cannot so it myself. At any rate, do yourself a favor and stay away.

Wish I’d read these reviews sooner! Paid 50p for a one off product but now locked into a subscription that there was no information or clarity about - they deceive you by making it look like a one off payment. Have emailed them to stop any future payments and also cancelled my bank to report as a scam.

SCAM. Charged me 0.50cents for a report that I never actually received. Spammed me with emails that I cannot unsubscribe from. You literally CANNOT cancel the subscription they sign you up to without even letting you know they’ve signed you up to it. Taken money out of my bank multiple times and it’s super frustrating. Please don’t let these stupid developers take your money. So many of us have been dragged into this without our knowing. Absolutely ridiculous.

Tried to cancel several times with my email address, which they email me daily on, when I try to log in to cancel it tells me no such email exists. I've gone on their chat line and asked to cancel several times no answer. Today they took money again, I will cancel it at the bank on tuesday. If I could give a zero stars I would.

I've never made a bad review, and I hate to do this. Like others, I was charged and it was made incredibly difficult to cancel. For those having similar issues for cancelations (not showing in the Apple Store, etc), I found this to work:

To cancel a Moyra app subscription, users report needing to create a Zotlo account (the payment processor) using the same email address as their Moyra account, then navigating to the subscriptions section to cancel. Some users also recommend contacting their bank to block future payments from both "Moyra" and "Zstore". Cancellation Process (Based on User Reports): Create a Zotlo Account: If you don't already have one, create a Zotlo account using the same email address you used for your Moyra subscription. Locate Subscriptions: Once logged into Zotlo, navigate to the subscriptions section. Cancel Moyra Subscription: Find the Moyra subscription and cancel it. Contact Bank: Consider contacting your bank to block future payments from "Moyra" and "Zstore". Why this process is necessary: Moyra app does not have a direct cancellation option on their website or through email. Zotlo handles the payment processing for Moyra. Some users find it necessary to block payments directly with their bank as a further precaution.

worst app ever. scam. makes you pay for a subscription service without disclosing in the setup process.

Can't give zero stars but this app just essentially makes it impossible to cancel so they can steal from you. Reached out multiple times trying to figure out how to cancel and they have like 5 different ways you can sign up so you have to dig through it to figure it out. You know their content is shit when they have to make it impossible to cancel in order to make money.

I have also fallen victim of their 50 cent scam… today they just charged my account 12.99! Luckily I paid with my cashapp card so it won’t be hard to change my card. But WTF… their readings are also trash and this CRIMINAL!

started off with a questionnaire for free then at end of questionnaire a 50p charge. My prediction was i will be worst off this time next week which was true. Just like 99.99999% of psychics the prediction came true as it was the app that conned me out of money, as it is impossible to unsubscribe.

This company is a scam. They trick you into a yearlong subscription even if you cancel before your free trial ends with 0 ability to then cancel. They bill you every month. You have to use Zotlo just to cancel them. Total scam!!!

AVOID! THIS IS A SCAM! I paid 50p for a reading which was pathetic and I never received, half the info on the page was clearly nonsense. I tried multiple times to find how I can cent the subscription and even though I used Apple Pay to pay, there was nothing in my Apple account to cancel subscription, they do this to lie so you end up paying the subscription cost after a week. You have to make a Zotlo account with the same email you signed up with to cancel the subscription from there. Very sly and disgusting. They also completely ignore your emails if you try and contact them. Get a real job.

Scam! They get you to pay 0.50p for a report that you never recieve and then it tries to automatically bill you 8.50 a month. Theres no place to cancel subscriptions, only sends you to a website. After googling, I thankfully managed to access Zotlo and cancel through there. Google Zotlo yourself, do not follow the link Moyra provides. Login with email you used for Moyra. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS.

This company is an absolute scam. I paid a small sum to get a reading they never told me I was signing up for a subscription until I received an email from them confirming it. I have emailed repeatedly about cancelling and they are trying to take money from my account. My bank thankfully has blocked every attempt and I am escalating it through those channels, but please do not sign up to the website they are an absolute con of a company who never respond to emails. The way that they suggest cancelling a subscription isn’t even possible. I will also be reporting them to the UK trading standards as I suspect this is criminal.

Charges you $.50 for a report that you will never receive and signs you up for a subscription you did not ask for! Report them immediately and dispute your transaction through your bank. I’m waiting on their reply for canceling this so-called subscription. If they do not reply within 24 hours, I will escalate. Based on other reviews here, I will most likely end up following suit.

Followed other reviews here and went onto Zotlo to cancel my subscription which was v straight forward.
This is not obvious at all so thankyou to all the previous reviewers!!

Again I could give zero stars if that was an option. This moyra completely tricks you into a subscription. You think you’re getting one simple chart for 50p and it’s only after you’ve paid you find out it’s a weekly subscription for £8.90. Links to cancelling subscription do not work, now does emailing their customer service and neither does trying to delete your account. I contacted my bank as knew they’d try and take money again even though I have requested a cancellation. I raised a dispute with starling and they flagged it for me. Lo and behold moyra teied to take the money a week later but starling blocked it. Great bank. Awful, deceitful App!!! I read another review saying go to zolta and you can cancel and I did and it seemed to work so also recommend this.

Scammers. You think you’re paying for one chart on a one time payment, and it ends up being a full time subscription where they take out £8.90 per month and you can’t cancel it. I’ve had to contact my bank to sort it out!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. So disappointed. Did it for a bit of fun and have regretted it since. I have tried to cancel my subscription through ApplePay, PayPal, Zotlo (Takes you to partners site and can’t cancel from there). You can’t cancel by emailing them OR deleting your account on their site with them.

I saw another unhappy reviewer on the AppStore Review gave some advice which helped me sort this out (hopefully!). They operate under the name “Moyra” and “Zstore” so look out for both names on bank statements. You can block them from making any more transactions.

I think I have finally managed to cancel my subscription when I read how another reviewer did it. They said to google Zotlo account site (NOT the partner site that Moyra send you to from their site), login with the same email address you registered with Moyra, then under “subscriptions” you will be able to manage and cancel your Moyra subscription.
