We have had problems with our drains for a few months but it came to a head on Thursday morning The drain was completely blocked I emailed MPH they rang me back with in ten minutes I arrange a time for them to come The gentleman arrived on time and was keen to keep me informed of what he was doing including showing me the drain via the camera .The drain was cleared despite the cold weather in no time The service was brilliant and the next day I received a telephone call to ensure I was happy with the service .Excellent customer service

Excellent service, professionally done by Jamie. Liked the approach of declaring the cost up front but bear in mind to do virtually any job it will be an hour's labour + equipment so allow £125 inc VAT. But I consider it money well spent to be assured the drain is clear and for advice given. Seeing fat floating down the drain was a salutary experience so our disposal methods have to change!!

Our toilet and downstairs drains have been dodgy for years but finally completely blocked just after new year on a cold night. After ringing around this was my first reply which said they could come out to us. An hour later we had an amazing engineer who knew his stuff. Once the loo was moving again we took the option of a beneath the house pipe survey, and - though this obviously costs more - we're glad we did. Major calcium deposits were filling the pipe. It would have soon blocked again. Saw this all on a camera under the house - fascinating. Chap worked for 2 hours in the cold and dark and completely cleared out the pipe and sewer, and again I got to see 'live' on the camera at the clear pipe under the house. Very impressed, and so nice to have clear pipes and drains at last.

I had a problem with our drains just before Christmas, MPH Drain Services were excellent in all aspects of the service they provided. They came out straight away and the problem was fixed within no time at all, very prompt, efficient and professional. I would highly recommend their services again.

Had a problem with my drains getting blocked the Saturday before Xmas. They are covered by a guarantee by another company but for 4 days they let me down and mislead me, eventually I gave up and rang MPH they came out within 12 hours and sorted the problem. The operative was polite, personable and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

3 days before Christmas I discovered our main sewerage outlet was blocked. I called MPH as they were relatively local and I needed the problem solving fast. They quoted 2 hours but arrived after an hour and a half. I was worried about the charge per half hour (which they gave me when I phoned and again the engineer when he arrived). However the engineer worked quickly and efficiently and cleared a blockage underground some 25 feet along the pipes from my house, cleared the inspection chamber and flushed the system through within the half hour. No call out charge, good service, good job done, I will use them again without question.

Very polite reception both from the call handler and the service engineer. No call out fees excellent standards of work. Very cheerful. Cleared the problem efficiently would well recommend to any one. Thank you to all.

Arrived within 2 hours of callout. Clear explanation of charges. Excellent service and drains all cleared. Asked if we wanted extra services such as camera inspection, but not put under any pressure to do so. Highly recommended and would use again

Blocked drain problem solved quickly and efficiently within two hours of call. Team informative and helpful in dentifying remedial work required to prevent risk of future problems with drain slippage and cracks. Attended next working day to do remedial work efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Would highly recommend.

Got these guys to look at a partially blocked on suite toilet. no fuss no bother they solved the problem, polite, informative turned out to be limescale build up in the U bend.

Had these guys out to check a blocked drain. Turns out it had collapsed.
Engineers they sent were efficient and polite. Fully explaining any issues and provided a concise report for our insurers.

Tried their upmost to accommodate our insurance situation as we couldn't get authorisation immediately but were more than generous in their attempts to accommodate us.

Would have no problems recommending these and if the need arises, will use them again.

MPH attended our site where we were carrying out a refurbishment project.
We found that the drains were not clear and often backed up.
MPH came out the day after we had called them and came fully equipped to carry out an inspection and subsequent works needed.
They cleared the rear drains which now flow and don't flood the car park, the front drain had a problem, a bottle was inside the downpipe in the main sewer, as this would have been major works (cutting up the floor etc) to remove the bottle we passed this back to the landlord.

Arrived on time. Undertook an initial assessment of work required to unblock drain. Thorough job done. Not only did the engineers clear the blockage, they investigated the probable cause of the problem, and suggested further remedial work to ensure no reoccurrence of the problem. Polite staff, explained the work that had been carried out, and provided an itemised invoice to detail the work completed

Really great service. Being so close to the street in a city centre our drain ends up overflowing and causing a public slip hazard. We needed someone to come out quickly and MPH were with us within 24 hours of first enquiry and got things sorted in less than an hour. Being a very busy day wasn't a problem either as I was able to leave them doing their thing and get back to work with minimal interruption. A really friendly and efficient service.

From initial contact to completion of the work, we had excellent service. A professional, thorough and tidy workman, he went to great lengths to minimise disruption to the upstairs bathroom, where the macerator needed replacement in an awkward space, with sewage blocking the sink and toilet. The bathroom was left in excellent condition.
I have no hesitation in recommending the firm to any one.

Very happy with the service. Came at the time agreed, explained everything clearly. The man who did the job was polite, efficient and very helpful. Went above and beyond in a difficult situation. Prices explained clearly and didn't try to spin it out to get more labour. Only thing to be aware of if you are a business or charity is it's pay on the day rather than an invoice to pay later, but again this was explained beforehand. Would use again.
