The mats did not fit and the company did not answer my emails

Easy to order, it's just a case of making your choice. I opted for Ultimate in grey with red leather edge for my 2007 TT (still had original ones in it). They fit perfectly and haven't moved since I put them in which was early May, I'm so pleased with them. I understand some people's comments on communication, but you can always log in and check your order status, mine arrived dead on estimated lead time (7 days from date of order).

Awaiting my car mats its been 7 days no delivery

Haven't been informed when they have been dispatched and certainly haven't received them, ordered on 24th May.

Ordered mats on the 22nd of May and still haven't received them. No communication from the company at all.

Give more updates still dont know when my mats are arriving.

I decided to renew the mats in my Nissan Juke (2011) they had lasted well but time for new.
I chose a mid range quality, with a design of red piping around the edging and our personal logo was added.
They are exactly what I required. Fits like a glove (mat).Recommend this company 10/10.

This might be a bit of a long one...

I paid for some car mats in December 2023 (ordering them in enough time for Christmas). When they hadn't arrived in Feb, I contacted the company using their online form. No reply. I also phoned them and left a message. No reply. I tried both of these again numerous times over the next few weeks. No reply. So I then left two bad reviews for them.

Next thing, I get a phonecall the day after from who else, but Mr Car Mats! They'd seen the bad review and had finally dug into the issue. Apparently there is a hidden cost that doesn't appear anywhere on their website or billing page if you order a certain type/size of mat. They emailed me once when I first ordered, but it was sent to my spam folder, and then never emailed me back *or* replied to any of the multiple lines of contact I'd tried to explain this. If they had replied when I got in touch, I would have paid the extra and got the mats.

They asked if they could take payment for this extra amount over the phone, but by the time I'd become so fad up of leaving messages with no reply that I'd put a bad review up, I'd gone elsewhere for some mats (it was late March and they were a Christmas present...). So I asked for a refund.

It has been an utter fiasco. They wouldn't refund me until/unless I removed the bad reviews (I left a second bad review with another website). Given that I was so fed up and just wanted my money back, I agreed. So they asked for my PayPal (??). I didn't purchase anything through PayPal. As strange as this might sound, I also don't have a PayPal and refuse to create a third-party account (which involves the sharing of personal data) to get a refund I'm legally entitled to.

In the end, they agreed to do a bank transfer, and took my bank details for this. So I removed the reviews and they said the transfer would be coming my way. A couple of weeks later - no refund. So I got in touch again, and they asked me for my PayPal again. I explained - yet again - that I didn't have one and don't want to set one up.

Their excuse is that my "account has been closed" (and I don't mean my bank account/card details on my end). Why this means they can't send a transfer, I don't know. They have money for a service they didn't provide, and thus have an obligation to refund this money back.

I cannot stress how much people should avoid this company. They will completely ignore you until you leave a (100% accurate) poor review, then are quick to get in touch, They'll be very communicative with you until they get what they want (the removal of said bad review), and then will go back on what they agreed to do. I told them two weeks ago that if I didn't get my money back by last Friday, a bad review would be going back up. I've given them a week longer.

This review will be staying until my refund has been processed via bank transfer, as was originally agreed upon.

Ordered mats for a merc actros 6 weeks ago and a daf xg 4 weeks ago. still not recieved items.. tried to ring customer services and all it does is take you to an answering machine to leave a message even though on the website it says paul is open to calls 8am-2pm.
Think this company is a total waste of space save your money and shop somewhere else..

Been waiting 10 days now for mats. No answer to emails or fon calls Very poor service I eventually got my mats and the quality is superb Great addition to any car.

Tried to order some mats with a specific logo. Couldn't see how to add that to the order.
Emailed them got superbly quick response, saying they can take order over the phone etc.
Sent phone phone number 3 days ago.... tumble weed.
If that's how they treat potential customers, dread to think the quality.

Don't part with your hard earned money...more hassle than it is worth! Wrong mats sent (omitted the personalised text and the fittings don't fit the studs in my car, after their reg check said that the mats were the correct ones for the car!). I am now having to have a back and forth disagreement with the company about being mis-sold! They apparently don't accept returns, despite this being entirely THEIR ERROR and they seem to completely disregard the fact that customer rights exist. Please avoid this company and read the countless negative experiences from other customers who have had the same bad experiences!

After MONTHS of pointless back and forth tennis and eventually being given the contact details for the Company Director, I returned the mats and received my refund. However, they were going to make me wait for the refund while they conducted their investigations into why the mats didn't fit! I insisted that this was their lookout and not mine, therefore, the refund was expedited but still took a long time to process it for the money to be in my account.

Wonderful product and service. Just what my used Honda Civic Hybrid needed. Long story short....Gouranga (that means Be Happy).

This should really be a zero as i have not yet received delivery of the order I placed on 25 April but you cannot write a review without selecting a star. The website states out for delivery on 1 May but under progress states still at factory for cutting. I ordered the platinum mats at £99. I have tried to follow up this order but with no success. Their customer service is non existent. I have made several phone calls but no answer, left messages with no response and have emailed and completed their customer query form on three occasions but with no response to these either. I wish I had read some of the reviews before ordering. I will be requesting a refund but looking at some of the past reviews it looks as if this will be hard work and unsuccessful. I would not order from this company again. Hope others will read this and look to go elsewhere for their car mats.

Excellent mats, for car. Very happy with my purchase and quality sent.

Having placed and paid for an order, I was then told it would cost more than advertised. I was then sent a product with the wrong colour trim. I have contacted the company several ways and times but no one is answering or responding.
