Despite my previous review the customer services manager Varshita from mrcarmats contacted me and has offered to exchange my incorrect mats free of charge to fit my new car. As these mats are not standard but made to measure I am very pleased and now look forward to the issue finally being resolved.

If you want a reliable trust worthy company please don’t use this one. Ordered my platinum mats on the 3rd June. Told ships within 5 days. Ordered went live on 5th June. Today 26th June still no mats. Attempted to call and email 40 plus times no answer. Email received 17th June from this company stating mats are now in production and will be shipped within 48 hours. No mats. Email received again with new shipping date. Still no mats. Paid via PayPal so now raised dispute through PayPal asking for my £99.99 back. Now all of a sudden emailed received finally admitting carpet not actually in stock. Can I wait until second week in July some 6 weeks after order. Then staff at this company asking me to withdraw my dispute through PayPal. NO I WONT. Do the decent thing and give me my money back immediately. Will never use this company again.

doesn't fit my van, informed the customer services, still awaiting issue to be resolved,
customer services emails are bouncing back and no one answering the phone calls,
Now I have received new mats matter resolved took very long.

I had no communication on when the Car Mats would arrive. I ordered 2 sets one for a Mercedes and the other on an MG. I order silver and black edging for Mercedes budget and red and black mid range. I received 1 set for the Mercedes but it turned up in yellow and black edging, not what I ordered but no sign of the other set. Phoned to ask when the other set will arrive and that they had sent me the wrong colour. I spoke with the owner, who said don't worry he will deal with it. I then got an email from The so-called Customer Service Manager to say "Thanks for the order, other set on its way. We don't have silver and black so keep the black & yellow ones!" No customer services!!! I sent the email to his Boss who said "Wow". I then received an email later that evening to say both sets are on their way. Received on Tuesday, 1 set just for the MG no sign of the silver and black ones for Mercedes. No holes or supplied holes with these mats! I have contacted them via the phone and via Miles the owner's WhatsApp but no response. So I have the wrong colour mats that I ordered for the Mercedes and no holes in my MG Mats. Still no response from this company.

Really pleased with the mats I ordered for my Seat Ibiza 2024. They are well made with a nice alternating silver and black edging to match the black cloth and silver stitching on the seats.

Ordered mats on25/05/24 since then I’ve had no response to emails,phone calls,voicemails or
“contact us” .There are lots of mat suppliers out there, go to one of them this company are the worsts I’ve encountered for a long time.I’m contacting my credit card company to get my money back

The mats are great, the length of time waiting for them was not great
