Lacked a bit of communication on when we could expect our purchase to be sent/delivered, but otherwise great. Very well packed, and we love the item.

Unfortunately the cabinet shelf appears to be slightly too big for the cabinet. I was going to ask to return but we were able to get the door to shut and as I was dealing with several bigger issues with my bathoom project decided I could live with it. However the door is now difficult to shut at all (it shuts with the magnet then pops back open) and is really squeaky

Beautiful product and prompt service. Reluctantly returning the lampshade as not white but linen white/off white. Fittings don't work either but will certainly still shop at Mrs Robinson.

Firstly when I visited the shop in Crystal Palace the shop assistant was really helpful, he readily measured the items I was interested in. Going on the web site and ordering the item I wanted was easy. Received an email following day saying item was ready for collection. When I went to collect item, again 2 really helpful shop assistant, one helping to carry item to my car. Really Cannot fault the service I received in shop and online. Thank you very much. Looking forward to purchasing more items.

I made a right pigs ear of the order (not *entirely* my fault but some 🙄) so I got in touch with the company and they were so patient and helpful. Can’t thank them enough for getting a beautiful present to my niece on time in amongst the chaos of Easter Bank Hols! Well done I say and the goods look beautiful and reassuringly expensive 😀

Over the moon with my cushion purchase, lovely quality and looks even better in real life. I was so impressed I bought a couple more from the store, the very helpful staff put aside the last two for me. My sofa is now complete!

Very friendly staff although all correspondence was made through email. I had a slight fault with an item I bought but it was rectified immediately by a new part and my return shipping cost paid immediately. Very happy with lamp & customer service. I would use this company again without doubt.
