work carried out was better than ever expected on my vehicle, customer service from Stephen Biddle at Tamworth Mr tire was excellent and I will definitely be using them again.

I made a 8am app to get my tires changed over to summer. The manager told me if I could get there in the morning it should be no problem getting the tires changed by afternoon. I brought the car at 9am. He jumped all over me telling me I had an 8am app and now he had 11 extra cars before mine. My car sat there all day. I ended up picking it up at 5pm, not done. The manager hid in the garage and had a younger employee give me back my keys. I will never do business with them again.he was beyond rude.

Great service. Mr. Tire team went above and beyond to solve a complex emergency we had. They went the extra mile to solve our situation. Thanks!

I went to your car service center in Martinsville Va !!! i tild him specifically i drove to Greensboro NC to babysit my grandson !!! After the repair the low pressure was still showing i went back to ask him if he was sure it was ok He told me yes i had to drive it over 45 miles an hour for over 30 minutes I was married to a mechanic so i took it and checked the air it was low i will never go back to your place if that is how you treat women Had i not been married to a mechanic and also talk to another of his friends i may have drove it and ruined the rim and the tire And as soon as air pressure was correct the low pressure light went out !!!thanks for rotten service!

I have not gone to Mr Tire in two years. Always upselling. Never keep appointments and not competitive on tires or services. This Last time I thought I would give them a try. I had a flat tire wanted to fix put in my schedule called them to see if I could come in earlier than time I scheduled. They not only said no but also told me they were to busy to fix a flat at my appointed time. Would never buy tires there again!

Mr. Tire in Waynesville, NC was excellent. Phil, the manager, was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered my tires online from Tire Rack on a Wednesday and they arrived at Mr. Tire on Friday. New tires were put on the following Monday. Great way to buy tires and get them installed.

When I arrive there, I was not in the system.
I showed the confirmation email to the manager but it didn't helped.
It was a total waste of precious time.

My family always uses Mr. Tire of New Bern NC. The staff at this location is amazing. Andi the manager goes above and beyond to help its customers. I cant say enough about this place the mechanics do everything they can to explain what's wrong and what is needed. Every time we take one of our cars there Andi and Adam are quick to offer us a ride so we don't have to sit and wait and they constantly call us and give us updates. The work is always the best you can tell the mechanics take pride in there work and it shows.

Excellent service and Professionalism. Manager Brandon Gourley greeted me upon entering Mr.Tire at the Penn Hills location on Rodi Road. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Took care ofmy state inspection and repaired my exhaust pipe . I also spoke with the knowledgeable tech name Dom. He also explained what was done and answered any questions about future service needs. I highly recommend This Mr.Tire location. Thanks guys for great service.
