first class service from first call to last, we dealt with Kelle who was on the ball with every stage of the process, replying to e mails in seconds even late into the evening, don't know any company that offers that service, it's good to know that when your up against it and no one wants to help there is a place to turn to.

Having used none status finance company's before and had a bad experience I was skeptical when MSG told me how smooth and simple the process was. Having just finished an IVA and obtaining a new job, I needed a new car, I tried various companies just getting turned down again and again. One company would lend but at 69%! I went to MSG after finding them on the internet. Kelle was really helpful even giving me advice on a Sunday when their office was closed. If you are in a pickle with your finances and need a car, I would use them again. First class service and freedom to choose the car you want!

Hilda was amazing keeping me updated every step of the way, always quick to reply to my emails and phone calls. i even got to choose the dealer I wanted my car from. I made an enquiry in the morning, Andy called me back later that day and had me approved the next morning. He was very professional and friendly, explained the process and prices thoroughly. Very pleased with the service received and have no reservations recommending to anyone.

Started the application sceptically on Saturday and spoke to Kelle Monday morning who was amazing going through everything with me, helping find the perfect cars and was on hand even up to 10pm arranging everything when we found the perfect car. Can't wait to collect it now and can't thank Kelle enough for all her help to make it happen!

I'll be honest, I was sceptical about the reviews I'd read as they all seemed to be uniformly great but got in contact with MSG just to see what they could do. A week later and I now own my own car. Don't get me wrong, the rates are higher than you'd like to pay but there's a reason you're looking at MSG instead of main lenders in the first place. Andrew was clear and concise, always available and even sourced the car I bought. All in all a great service. Would highly reccomend

Hilda was fantastic! Constantly keeping me informed and giving me updates on the progress of my loan. The whole process from start to finish took only 9 days! Having had problems getting credit I am delighted at how easy the whole process was and at a rate that is not ridiculous. We are now the proud owners of a fantastic family car. I've had my credit problems in the past found msg on the Internet after being refused everywhere else. Phoned up spoke to Antony he sorted everything out and now I'm in my new car, couldn't be happier thanks antony would definatly recommend to anyone
