When you contacted us about the issue, we promptly refunded the code that could not be utilized. However, we would like to clarify that the error you encountered is due to Wizards of the Coast’s redemption limits: only one prerelease code per account is allowed for Innistrad: Midnight Hunt. This limitation applies universally, regardless of when or how the code was obtained—whether through our website or another source.

On November 20, you placed an order for an additional prerelease code for the same set, but unfortunately, it could not be redeemed due to this restriction. As stated, these redemption rules are determined by Wizards of the Coast, and we are unable to verify which codes have already been redeemed on your account.

While we acknowledge your suggestion about dynamically displaying available codes, implementing such functionality is beyond our current business plan's scope. Furthermore, it would not fully resolve these issues, as we cannot access account-specific redemption histories.
