I loved this page until today. Made many orders before without any problems. But today i decided to pay with crypto, biggest mistake. Because after i paid i got prolly different order confirmation, with different codes that didn't work.
So i contacted support and meanwhile bought other 2 codes one by one. The first went well and the other was shown as redeemed. I'm not sure if that is my fault because of the 5 codes limit but i don't think so, i'll see if the auto refund will give me my money back or not. Now it has been almost hour since i messaged them and i have to go to sleep. Will update tomorrow about how this resolves. But i will never rate it 5 stars unless they make normal working shopping cart where i can add more than one item, and of course repair their option to pay by crypto (which i will never use since now anyway)

Got positive response from support and they will either give me codes i ordered or credit the money spent back to my account, because I don't quite remember what i ordered. When it gets fully resolved I'll add another star.

Got provided with a refund for the cards i bought and also got explanation for the problem i had with shopping cart. So except the crypto payment bug, which they are working on this page is flawless

Maybe they could provide some info about how much of each pack you bought and can bought because i accidentally bought one i already used but didn't have problem refunding it in no time.

Glad to be their customer 10/10 would recommend (but don't use crypto payment for now)

There were duplicate codes brought by me (due to my own fault) (should be 1per account) ... They refund me the duplicate.
Somehow, double payment via paypal, likely my network playing up, they arranged the Refund straightaway.

Its a scam, bought packs and the codes has been redeemed, used the refund option, received the money and when re-purchasing the same item using the refunded money, the whole order STUCKED and no codes are appearing. Not recommended

update 25/8/2024: the code appeared via email but upon redeeming, the codes have been used up AGAIN. poor and fail.

update 26/8/2024: i emailed the team and theyve been giving active responses therefore, the money goes back into my wallet and theyve created a note on the packs for buyers to understand to purchasing. Kudos to the team

Why is it taking so long to get my codes? (Update)

I don’t usually do any favors for anyone but I had to re-update my initial review. Not only did they quickly helped me with my issue, but also made it easier to access my purchase as well pointing me towards the right direction.
