Sammy and Tom have been absolutely brilliant in helping us get set up with Mucka. Switching software felt like a really daunting process, but they made the whole transition so much easier and have been there to help us every step of the way.

Anything we’ve needed amended, changed or added has been dealt with quickly usually within 24 hours, and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They’ve been incredibly helpful, responsive and patient throughout the whole process.

I saw this new AI site on Facebook. It looked good, and I needed another way to manage my business clients' invoicing and diary. Mucka provides all of this and more. I already use an AI answering service that works as well as Mucka. Tom is amazing. For the transition of getting all my clients' contact details onto the new site, Tom took the reins and completed this for me. Looking forward to learning Mucka and using the site to complement my plumbing and heating business.

Absolute game changer for me and my business, with me being a plumber paperwork and typing etc, Is just so time consuming so when i can just talk to Mucka and get it to raise quotes, invoice jobs orgainise my diary and all my engineers. Can also be done while you are driving etc had its all from your voice.
Any glitches and issues the team at Mucka are straight on it, I mean within a few hours not days.

5 star so far, i was very doubtful of this software as so many software companies promise you the earth and do not deliver, i am just learning how to use this and i must have to say i am thinking this is brilliant, mucka tells you each day the jobs you have to do and updates you in the evening, i have to say there has been a few minor things that i prefer my company to be run and a few features were missing, Tom and his team have been on it and resolved these issues for me, such as i can now send 1 email and 1 text to all the letting agents tenants to say i will be coming on a certain day and time with just one click, it took me 4 hours the other day from my existing software company, this way took me 30 seconds.
Well done Tom and his team, finaly a software company that not only caters to Plumbing and heating but can manage more trades as well.

Fantastic software that has revolutionised how I run my business. I now have an ai assistant that I am in touch with constantly making everything run like clockwork.
