3 mugs ordered and paid in August, never received mugs or money back. Emailed many times, no reply. Utter waste of space. Now jan18.

Why can't you give NO stars??

Website went down within days. No reply to any requests - not even an auto reply, Now even trying to decieve my bank.

Claiming to be Australian, with a .co.uk web address, and trading in Brazil.

Placed order for 4 mugs in August, nothing came. No replies to emails and no refund so far.

My experience is as per all the other reviews, except they repaid my money and promised me still to send the mugs. Needless to say, 6 months later and after 3 reminders, they have disapeared off the face of the planet. The concept was good, but the execution was crap. Stay clear of this company!!

Yes, appalling. I ordered in August and despite reminders they have not even replied, let alone sent the mugs. Judging by all these reviews, it does seem that we have all been conned.

Ordered 3 mugs in July (£30.48) and still waiting for delivery here in November.I'm sure they will arrive for Christmas. Ha Ha. Fat chance having seen these reviews!

I paid for 3 mugs in August 2017 and still have not received them. I have emailed Mug Bubble and received no response. This company is a thief.

Just realised I've joined the club! Placed an order via Facebook in August and no sign of anything nor replies to emails - thieves, pure and simple!

They took my order and money. All looked okay but I never received any products or replies to my emails. I think the company doeasnt exist !!!

I ordered and paid for my mugs in August and have still not had anything delivered. The website suddenly became unavailable when I enquired about my order, after which I was told they would get back to me in 6 working hours. Rip off merchants I'd say. BEWARE OF SIMILAR SITES offering these mugs for sale.

Wish I had seen these reviews in July, they also took my money and no goods, just an apology (after I contacted them at the end of August) to say they were having 'problems with their printers' and, as an apology, 30% off my next order. Now November, no goods no reply to communication

Facebook should NOT be endorsing 'companies' who quite clearly are SCAMS... I ordered 3 mugs in August and still haven't received them, and have emailed numerous times. I am now tackling FB for a refund... hmm.. what are the chances of that!

Ordered 2 mugs and never received them.. had to open a dispute via PayPal for a refund of my money as they never replied to any of my e-mails. Not even an e-mail to say they were dispatching my order. Quick to take your money but not so quick to refund you... DO NOT BUY from this JOKE of a company!!! They don't even deserve 1 star....

Same story as everyone else. No mugs. Just been scammed.

The same comment as many others. They take your money, apologise for the delay in dispatching the goods but in the end you never get the goods. It is a complete con.

Wish you had a no star option as these guys are just rogues ordered and paid for three mugs in August chased them up two weeks later they answered and apologised for delay said distribution problem that was now sorted and my order would be dispatched then next week offered me a discount to increase my order so glad I didn’t as still haven’t recieved order and no response from company I believe they may now be selling ( taking money for ) t shirts via a company called red bubble ltd ? As it’s a relatively small amount of money most people won’t fight it so it’s a great scam produce a good website face book page take lots of money of people and deliver nothing .

They’ve actually don’t deserve any stars!
Ordered mugs in August when advert appeared on Facebook and despite repeated emails in which they assured me they were dealing with my order they have not arrived, and they have taken my money.

Ordered mugs in July and paid via PayPal, still not had mugs nor money back as PayPal say you have to contact company first but they do not reply to emails 😤
