100% scammed. Ordered mugs in August! Have received nothing! I’m not alone either 😡

Ordered mugs 18th August and still haven't recieved. Have mailed them but they haven't responded. Avoid

I ordered as set of mugs on 28th July, £26.92 paid, the money was taken from my account but up to now nothing has arrived what a set of crooks!

concerned to read so many reviews that chime with ours - ordered mugs in August but nothing rec'd by 8th October and no response from them since late August on the delay.

Mugs ordered in August, still noting received (4th October). Company seems to have vanished.

I'm another mug.

Forunately I ordered using a credit card so I should be able to extract a refund from somebody.

I agree with others who have commented on this site- DO NOT USE. Ordered mugs end July, money taken immediately but still not received mugs and the website has 'disappeared'.

I ordered mugs on 9th August and never received them, after getting no response from several emails and now reading these reviews I looked into it and the company that took the payment is Fanspot so I am now chasing them before taking it up with paypal.

Ordered mugs on 8th August but still no mugs and no emails either! Guess like many others that I have lost my money!!

Dreadful. I have paid for three mugs back in June/July and nothing has ever arrived. Their help centre no longer exists. I think they are a scam company

Disgusting. Paid money for 3 mugs on 4/8/17. Have not received any goods, they have taken my money . DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. All you will get is automated e mails saying they will contact you within 6 business hours . They won't , they are probably lying on a beach somewhere on all the money all these customers have paid.
Apparently the only e mail I got was there printing equipment was broken, yeah right lol 😂.
This company needs shutting down and not allowed to advertise on Facebook etc. SCAM SCAM SCAM

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this like the plague. Ordered 3 mugs 3 months ago and paid up front. Site says mugs will be free and my money back if I don't get them within 10 days. I haven't had the mugs, and they simply ignore all my emails. Do not use this disreputable bunch of non trustworthy charlatans

Ordered Mugs and Became One! Ordered mugs via Fantees Pty Ltd via their Australian site. The order was referred to and acknowledged by mugbubble in UK. As with so many others here, nothing turned up. Luckily, we paid via Paypal, so expect to be refunded.
Those who have paid by card, though perhaps should not give up. There is evidence of fraud here to put to your bank or card provider. Even if they are not directly liable to refund you, they can reverse the payment to the seller (if the seller account still exists), then freeze the funds to allow both parties to put their case. If found in your favour, then you can be refunded.

I think the warning is in the name. I'm not being self righteous as I have also fallen for the scam. Ordered three mugs, payment taken and nothing received. The other lesson I have learned is always to pay by credit card, you have some protection then. Sadly I paid by debit card 😦😦 Shame on these people

As with all the reviews I have just read, I too ordered 3 mugs on 3rd August 2017, have emailed twice and heard nothing. I do have very close friends in Australia so I will ask them to try to find out if this company ever existed! They have obviously, as with everyone else, taken the money immediately. I didn't want to put 1 star, but as with a previous reviewer you can't post unless you put one on!!!!!

I'm so angry with them, I don't have PayPal so can't claim from them and like many other people I have been scammed and have don't know where to report them. Disgusting

It would seem this company is a fraud. I have the same experience as other reviewers - paid the money and received nothing!
