I bought 4 pairs of earrings, and they are just gorgeous - very distinctive. The descriptions were very accurate. While there's a little variability it's entirely as expected (such as, the specific feathers used - it's organic!), and the length, the metals, the weight, etc. were all as I read on the website. It arrived more quickly than I expected and was packaged very securely, with a lovely postcard.

I have ordered several things from Mulberry Mongoose and everything has been beautifully made, packaged nicely and delivered relatively quickly. It is a pleasure to support this initiative and to have some lovely jewellery to share with friends and family. Thank you for your work!

I have been putting off writing to you because I love every one of you in your photo and I love the work you are doing. And Brilliance wrote me such a beautiful and affectionate letter!
However, my bracelet was a great disappointment. It hit me hard because for years I've been looking for a snare wire bracelet that I could wear forever.
I am a deep lover of the Elephants and of all the African Wild Ones that are so brutally killed or injured by these snares.
I am a monthly supporter of The Elephant Crisis Fund; Save the Elephants; The Rhino Recovery Fund; The Lion Recovery Fund; The Pangolin Crisis Fund, and more. I am saying this to let you know how deeply I feel about snares.
In your photo you showed this bracelet as it should look: the wire is spaced perfectly along the black leather. There is a twist of wire at the top, that is, just opposite the closure, and two more twists of wire are spaced evenly on either side of the top one, so that looking down at the bracelet, it seemed, one would see three twists of snare wire.
But you did not affix those three pieces of wire in any way to the leather, and the result is that they all slide down to the bottom by the closure and all I see on my wrist is a band of black leather.
Why did you misrepresent what the bracelet would actually look like? Why didn't you say the wire would slide out of sight?
I actually cried in disappointment. There is no use my wearing it; it sits in a sacred space on my windowsill and I honor it, but I wanted to WEAR it just as you showed it to be.
My heart is conflicted: I love you beautiful women making "beauty from brutality" and I believe it is important work. Yet I feel you were not honest with me and I am sad about that. And I am sad that I still have no snare wire bracelet to wear in solidarity with the Wild Ones - those who were injured or killed, and those who escaped or were saved.
These deep feelings are why I haven't written to you sooner.
