It was a seamless experience start to finish. I wanted to give my 92 year old mother a necklace and bracelet for Christmas. In today’s world product availability, shipping and delivery are a mystery especially during the holidays. The necklace and bracelet were produced and shipped to me in Dallas with time to spare.

Mulberry Mongoose were absolutely great! Communication was very fast and polite and professional. And the item is beautiful, nicely and very personally packed.
The only issue I encountered was German Post. Even though Mulberry Mongoose sent my purchase the same day and attached description of the item, I have been contacted by German post at least 3 times asking over and over again to clarify the same information that was already provided by the seller. Ended up paying almost 20 euros in Taxes for the earrings...

I bought some of the jewelery during my vacation in Zambia. It ist so beautiful and very well made. Back home I wanted to gift some items to friends and put through a big order. Communication, ordering and payment were super easy.
Questions were answered immediately. The whole team is super helpful. They even asked me, how many personal notes I would need as I mentioned that some items are meant as gifts.
Shipping took only two weeks to Germany.

Several years ago, my wife and I had the opportunity to visit the Mulberry Mongoose workshop in rural Zambia. We were impressed then and remain so now. That they can use materials intended to harm or kill some that nation’s beautiful wildlife and turn them into the lovely, unique jewelry that they make never ceases to amaze us. We were glad this year to purchase several new pieces and were glad we could. Others ought to consider doing so too since by doing so, they would help themselves and so many others at the same time.
