J'ai payer 1,25€ pour avoir accès au résultats de mon test ce qui m'a paru honnête. Cependant, ce que je n'avais pas noté c'est que je venais de souscrire à un abonnement mensuel de 49,95€, je me suis donc fait prélevé 3 jours après. J'ai donc fait réclamation mais on me dit que c'est dans la politique d'engagement qu'un remboursement est impossible !
Je souligne cependant leur rapidité de réponse à mon problème. Mais qui ne sera donc pas résolue.

This is a total SCAM. They subscribe you automatically without consent, but I was smart enough to read the reviews so I cancelled my subscription immediately. They still charged me 29.95€ out of nowhere 8 days later. So it doesn’t matter whether you unsubscribe or not, they will find an excuse to charge you.
The positive reviews you may see here are a “requirement” from them to be able to receive test results.

Re occurring hidden charges be aware of this when u sign up and cancel immediately. Been charged 3 times even after cancelling. We received the report but never expected to be charged $53 and the another $42

Fraud. This website stole money out of my Apple account without consent to purchase anything. Getting refunded or through to customer support has been a nightmare.

This is a scam. Do not use this website! Within days my account was debited over £60 on two different transactions. No reply when requesting a refund. I had to call my bank to block further transactions.

If I could put zero stars, I would. Avoid these con artists at all costs. They offer an online test for £1.25, you take the test and they send the results to your email and say that there has been a 65p charge for the test and a 60p charge for access to read the results - you are given a log in and go to read the results that you have paid for. Pretty basic AI content, vague, ambiguous and useless. Once you have accessed the account they then a few days later add a charge on that has not been agreed to explicity of £39.99 as a monthly subscription. So far they have replied stating that because I logged into get the results I had already paid for that I am to be charged a month's subscription. Total, immoral scumbags

Behind this website are many hidden costs that take effect immediately (even if the website is not working).

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! 2 days after a nominal charge including international fees totaling $1.80, two business days later, I have been charged $57.06 that I did not authorise. Contacted my bank. Dispute is made. Mastercard cancelled.

SCAM - will charge you several days later without any warning. No notification that a charge is upcoming. Clearly a subscription is written somewhere extremely subtly so you don’t realise. Will be requesting a chargeback via my bank

A definite scam. I happily paid for my "results" but there was no mention of an accompanying "3-day trial" period all the while. I got charged, and now they won't reverse it.

Test results not worth it. Hidden subscription when you pay for test, charge you after 3days with no notice.

Hidden in the small print on the receipt is the fact that they will rapidly (within 2 days) start removing fairly large sums of money from your account. For example, I paid £1.25 for a test and I thought that was it, only to see £39.95 removed from my account 2 days later, and before I could breathe again, a further £29.95 removed from my account this morning (a further 2 days later) for some AI test that I didn't even realise I had automatically subscribed to. DO NOT use this company as you will be hemorrhaging money. I have had to cancel my bank card because I don't know when they will stop taking money from my account. I am absolutely furious!! Give me back my money Multi Tests!!! Hidden charges which are incurred way too quickly. Scammers!!
