Absolute scam. The tests are nothing more than a wannabe buzzfeed ‘see what type of cat you are’ quiz from 2011.

This is a scam company and I suggest in the strongest possible terms that you do not engage with them.

Their 14 day refund is only applicable if you've not accessed any of their digital content. So the second you have a 'trial' the 14 day refund is null and void. I had a 3 day trial and didn't know if subscribed until £39.95 was taken from my bank account.

They have been most unhelpful and refuse to refund me, even though I cancelled the subscription as soon as I was aware of it.

I would advise you steer well clear of this company as it's a scam operation, especially when considering their digital content is supposed to be helping vulnerable people.

AVOID. This is definitely a scam and the positive reviews are all fake. I never agreed to a subscription and £30 was taken from my account that I did not authorise, even after I cancelled my account. I have had to freeze my bank card and will try to dispute the charge with my bank but it sounds from the other reviews that I won’t have much luck. Exploitation of vulnerable people wanting to get answers about their symptoms.

Scam website, they charge you for a monthly subscription fee of $57AUD when you give them your card details. Very sneaky of them.

Scam and deceitful

I tried a quiz a paid a small amount to receive the results. They never arrived and then within 48 hours I had a charge for £42 without ever realising there was a subscription. So many of these companies that are sneaky. Lesson learned. Be warned!

Deceptive marketing and business practice. You will complete an online test which says it's only a couple of dollars, then a few days later get charged roughly AUD $60 for a subscription that it was absolutely not clear you signed up for. When you complain, you will be ignored, a refund denied. SCAM!!!

DO NOT USE they add a sneaky subscription of £39.95 into the one time purchase of £1.95 and they don't make it apparent before purchasing.

DO NOT use this website! It’s says $0.60 then 2 days later they take out $40! Says that it states in the email that it’s a subscription after you purchase the test but it’s not in the email! There is a link in the email that states that. They will NOT refund and then after canceling that subscription they will find away again to take out more money. I just had to report it to my bank and have the whole card cancelled.

I took a test, finished it, and was asked to pay to see the results. I used Apple Pay because it was an option. It then said that payment was successful but they had trouble accessing my account so I contacted customer support support@multitests, showed them proof of transaction, and asked them to please figure out what the problem was because i was directed to them. Eventually we determined it was an email problem. They swore a password was sent to me so that I could access my new account, but the email they somehow retrieved from me is OLD and no longer takes new emails. Fulls storage. I asked them if they could change it for me. They said they’d get back to me 24 hours later “usually less” with an answer, and I literally got ghosted. It’s been days, I’ve sent several status update requests. NOTHING. This company STEALS. They will take your money and do nothing to meet their end of the bargain . Do NOT buy any of their tests. Stay away from Multitests. They will scam you and you’ll have nowhere to physically go and make a complaint that could escalate this matter.

Reports are not thorough, and it's not a single payment of €1.30. Its an automatic membership of €49.95, monthly. When you cancel it, your access to the tests and results is stopped immediately. Even though they forced you to pay for the upcoming month.

Total scam! Don't use this malicious website.

Don't do it!
I paid 1.25 USD for a report. There was also an account activation fee included. A few days later I had 39.95 USD (70.60 NZD) charged to my credit card and this was to be a monthly charge.
This is a deceptive way of creating income.
This business needs to be upfront with the costs that will follow the requested test.
I would recommend that you avoid this website.
