We had a trip of a lifetime idea which Murray Travel Inverness and in particular Tracy Ian made a reality. She liaised with Kirker Travel and set up a seamless luxury journey which we will never forget. Tracy dealt with every detail to make our trip perfect. She also communicated well both before and after our trip. I cannot fault their organization and will definitely book with them again.

A wonderful well organised trip of a lifetime. From moment we arrived at St Pancras till we touched down in Heathrow everything had been arranged and there was no need to worry about anything. All transfers were there waiting . Kept you well informed and treated you like royalty

We were so pleased and relieved we had booked our cruise and holiday with Dot in Murray Travel Nairn. Because of the troubles in the Middle East, all original flights had to be changed. Many people who had booked their cruise with other companies were let down and indeed had little response from them. All new arrangements worked smoothly for us and we met many people who had been inconvenienced by their new travel details and some who still didn’t know the arrangements for their journey home. We booked our ‘bucket list’ holiday to Japan with Kacie from the Elgin branch, and the whole experience was perfect from start to finish. Kacie dealt with all our requests, and amendments, with a smile and made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. Online check-in was completed on our behalf while we were away, and we came home to the lovely touch of a ‘welcome home’ card & gift voucher. All in all, it felt like Kacie and Murray Travel really cared that we had the best holiday - and we did. We’ll definitely use Murray Travel again!

Aimee was amazing. told her where we wanted to go and roughly when and she came back with great options in our price range. took all the stress out of booking our trip. she went the extra mile and I would definitely recommend booking through Murray Travel.

Outstanding customer service! Have booked several family holiday's with Jen at Murray Travel over the year's. She's our 'go to' travel agent! Very experienced at what she does and takes the time to understand what the whole family is looking for . A very friendly service, Jen just makes it all so easy and provides sound advice throughout, while also securing the most affordable price at the same time!

Martha was very helpful, kind & patient re-organising our flights to Australia, amidst the unexpected Middle East chaos which had to be cancelled. Re-routed flights were booked quickly & efficiently a week before we were due to fly and the refund of cancelled flights was in our bank less than a week later.

We use Murray Travel for all our travel plans. They are an excellent company and we really appreciate all their advice and experience to help us on our way. Nothing is too much trouble for them and pre holiday they always check in giving us contact information should we have any questions or problems during our travels.
We have just returned from a Caribbean Cruise which was fantastic. We will be in touch with them again soon to plan our next adventure.

We have just come back from another holiday booked through Murray Travel, Forres. All the staff are very friendly. Yet again Jennifer has went above & beyond to make sure we had everything that we needed. All our queries are answered. If she doesn't know which is not often she will find out for us. Won't go anywhere else.

I used Murray Travel to book air tickets for a trip to East Africa, and Tracy Ian was my travel adviser. Everything about the original booking was carried out efficiently, and speedily, and I was very pleased with the service. Unfortunately, because of the war in Iran, and the fact that I was scheduled to transit through Qatar, I needed to alter the booking . Tracy was able to help me accomplish this, and kept me informed and updated throughout. I will definitely use Murray Travel again .... I found Tracy to be capable, empathetic and professional in her responses to my booking . Thank you!

Tracy helped us narrow down from a wide range of options for our holiday in South Korea and Japan and was attentive throughout the run-up to our holiday.
