Murray Travel were fantastic and all of the holiday in Indonesia ran smoothly. The guides were wonderful. Particularly Caro in Sumatra. We had one or two blips with flight changes but this was not something that could be changed. Carla at Murray Travel was excellent and gave us all the information needed to make our holiday really memorable. One thing I would change with hindsight is I would reduce the number of destinations and make some of the stays slightly longer. There were a couple of places we really didn’t see at all as we arrived late evening ( travel was very difficult as it was the end of Ramadan and everyone was on holiday) also flights were delayed and changed. Overall however it was an extremely enjoyable and memorable holiday.

Murray Travel (and Alison), managed to secure a late booking of the Wendy Wu -emperors of China and Japan tour and took all the worry and pressure away from us so we were able to have a fantastic holiday ( which I would recommend ).

Murray travel provided excellent service. The entire trip was planned out with connecting flights and transfers from airport to hotel. All went smoothly. It was good to get suggestions on hotels and ones selected were of a very good standard. We were regularly contacted to check all was well. Would highly recommend using this travel company.

The travel agent gave us very helpful advice in planning where to stay on Fuerteventura. They also handled the whole booking procedure and printed off all the necessary boarding passes and vouchers. We were given the contact details of Murray Travel which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday knowing that they were always available if anything untoward was to happen.

A friendly and efficient experience from the moment we walked through the door, even our dog was made welcome and given a biscuit.

I have used Murray Travel on many many occasions. They are very experienced and knowledgeable. Sometimes companies will offer to 'get back' to me with an answer to my request, whereas Murray Travel can usually answer straight away suggesting what is and what is not feasible.
I have travelled widely maybe not making things easy or straightforward for them but they have always thoroughly researched all options to meet my more unusual requests.
The atmosphere in my local branch is warm and welcoming. The staff take a genuine interest and I often pop in after a trip to share my experiences.
My latest trip was a personal tour to Pakistan, India and Bhutan. I was treated like a family friend.

We have been using Murray travel for a few years now and Tracy goes above and beyond to make sure we have the holiday arrangements required to make everything run without a hitch.. all I need do is phone or email Murray Travel and say “I’m looking to go to New Zealand Tracy! Then within a couple of hours I have flights meals seats booked and all documents sorted and we are ready to go.. yes!! Murray Travel experience is done is a beautiful setting, lovely calm reassuring family feel. Yes they do a great service..Murray Travel, brilliant all the way!!

Trying to organise a family cruise holiday can be a challenge so leaving it in the hands of Murray Travel proved to be the best decision I’ve made. From the flights, transfers, hotel and cruise itself it couldn’t have gone smoother . Nothing was too much trouble and whatever silly question I thought I had they answered and made me feel the holiday planning was in safe hands. Holidays can be expensive and a badly organised holiday can be stressful and traumatic. I will not hesitate in using Murray Travel for any holiday whether it’s for a few days or a few weeks .
