First and foremost the quality of the print is very high. Nice heavy paper. Without the original artwork in front of me to compare the color rendition seems to be very accurate. I’ve seen some wonky looking options on different sites and thought no way.
Printing and delivery was very quick. Packaging was as it should be and the print arrived in perfect condition.
Next time I want to order a reproduction print I will be returning here.

Very disappointing product
The quality of the print is no better than if I had just printed the painting onto construction paper myself. And the sizes are horribly misleading. My 16x20 prints are on 16x20 paper, but the massive border means the image itself is only 9x16. This is extremely disappointing.

We created our prints with the white border so that our customers could install them in widely-available, off-the-shelf frames to reduce the high cost of custom framing. Once installed in a frame, the white border is intended to give the look of a matted print without the cost of a matt. We understand that our standard product design does not appeal to everyone.
We’d really like the chance to make this right for you. If you return the prints to us, we’ll issue a full refund as soon as they arrive back at our studio. We will email the instructions to you shortly so that the return process can begin when you are ready.

Great Customer Service
There was an issue with the artwork image on the website, and I contacted customer service to resolve it. They fixed it within 24 hours, and I was able to order it in time for a birthday. Wonderful customer service.

Print arrived bent throughout the middle
museums.co sells damaged goods and won’t replace them. They tried very hard to not send a replacement print and they won. Dealing with museums.co about their damaged print was very difficult and the resolution they chose was disappointing. They told me that the blundered transaction was totally my fault.

Clear and bright
I ordered “Undergrowth with Two Figures” by Van Gogh. The print is extremely clear. In the past, I have ordered from a common online art store and the prints were fuzzy and dull. This was NOT the case at Museums.Co. Also, the print was packed well in tissue paper and with zero wrinkles or dents. It is currently being framed and will live above my mantel.
