Art book
I had a great experience with this compay. I ordered a Christmas present for a fan of a somewhat off the chart artist who is no longer represented through Amazon. The museum company sold the book for a very reasonable price and shipped it to me in time for Christmas to gift it to a very appreciative recipient. I believe the book cross the country in two days. The museum company are simply awesome.

Great prints for an affordable price
Great unique prints for an affordable price. I was looking out to purchase a Paula Scher Map and loved that they not only had the print, but could also customise the size. Shipping and delivery was handled very well too.

The package came totally crushed and…
The package came totally crushed and the poster was wrinkled badly. I reached out to customer care for a refund or sending a good copy. No response.

A email notification was received on 9/30 that the product was damaged in transit. An email reply was sent within 2 hours of the initial email requesting a photo(s) of the crushed packaging and product. When a reply wasn't received by 10/3, another email was sent with the same request, to send photos of the crushed shipping carton and product. Still no reply. We will work to resolve the issue when you respond as to what remedy you prefer.

Quick delivery but especially, the great quality of the reproduction. This was the second time I’d tried to get a reproduction of this painting. The first was from another online supplier but it was cheap paper, very glossy finish, and the colors were incorrect. It was approximately the same price as Museums.Co.

Great customer experience. I made an order around Christmas time and the company called me to ask me if I had meant to order two posters I was so grateful because I had only wanted to order one but must’ve mistakenly chosen two during the checkout process print, arrived, and is gorgeous.
