Really impressed with the service from Modern World Business Solutions. Professional, efficient, and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

From the first point of contact the team at MWBS were friendly but professional. All staff were knowledgeable but didn’t confuse the situation with technical financial jargon.
Highly recommend.

Great company to deal with, helpful friendly staff, easy to get support when needed.

A trusted supplier for our family business, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Highly recommended!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service — Couldn’t Have Asked for Better!

We chose Modern World Solutions after being recommended by Preset Form Glamour UK — and honestly, they were right to say these guys are the best in the business. The rates are unbeatable, and the service is on a whole different level.

From the initial call led by Dee, everything was smooth, clear, and professional. Then came Brenton, who handled the finalisation with absolute precision and care. He was phenomenal — knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping my business succeed.

If you’re looking for a provider that actually delivers on what they promise, Modern World Solutions is the one. The whole experience was seamless, and I couldn’t have asked for a better team to support my business growth.

Highly recommended — ask for Brenton!

MWBS and Ricky Tsang I highly recommend. My coffee sandwich bar business was 100% Sumup and suffered many annoying problems with that system. Rocky Tsang approached us and presented his product and explained the benefits. We changed in June and have since benefitted from a faster connection lower fees and same day payment into my bank!

Joe has been fantastic so far. Been out to pitch to us and complete the sale. Arranged to come back for a run through of the new devices and software. Knows his stuff and is confident and very competent in explaining in layman's.

4 different reps called in one afternoon totally unaware anyone else had rung. Being a small business, this is immensely frustrating and time consuming. They wanted details of other providers offers which appears unethical, presumably so they can undercut them. This rings alarm bells.

Offered the best price which is always a winner. The BDM Craig couldn't have been more helpful in making it a smooth and simple transfer.

Great support, fantastic product knowledge from Craig and help us seemlessly through the transition from one provider to MWBS. Would recommend to any business

Ben got us set up with Elavon, and helped us cancel the old account.

Peter has been very helpful from the beginning. He has answered all our queries, and has managed to get us a better price. He helped with the installation and set up of our new credit card machine.
He has advised on PCI compliance and has made a process that was incomprehensible more straightforward.

Ben has been amazingly helpful and transparent. Great asset to he company. We are very satisfied.

Great customer service and fast response Very happy

By word of mouth I heard about a solution to taking card payments that would work for my business. Joe visited our office and advised us of our best option, we agreed terms and bingo! Our machine arrived in less that a week, Joe returned to support us. Amazing service and a total fit for our business. Totally recommend Joe (he is amazing and knows his stuff) have already been recommending him to my Colleagues. This is a low cost solution to modern methods of payment and totally mobile! Joe deserves more that 5 stars 🌟!

Jamie Whelton Has provided me with a new card machine recently with great new prices and always on hand to answer any questions. Would highly recommend

Dealt with Arun throughout the whole process, fantastic service, very helpful and informative. And even better is the rates that I've been given. Cannot be beaten.
