I never received a Report from my IQ Test.
Withdrew subscription from my account without my permission.
Withdrew $26.99, I will apply for a refund.

Did the free on line IQ test then discovered later I was charged 19.99 and payment to continue monthly. Tried to retrieve payment via PayPal but they seemed to back myiq I had to close my PayPal account and stop any further payments to them via my bank account. Pity not having a PayPal account now as I used it a lot

I was charged a subscription fee which I didn’t agree to and was so confused I cancelled it and was also charged to unsubscribe

Falso sito, girano sul web questi truffatori per rubare soldi tramite la carta pagamento! Cambiano argomento ma sono sempre loro! Fanno fare sei test lunghissimi e poi alla fine chiedono soldi!

I did their on line IQ test and paid £1 using my Visa debit card to see the result. They took 50p on 16 Feb and another 50p on 18 Feb and then £29.99 on 20 Feb.
I did not authorise anything other than the £1.00 payment for the test result.
I will ask my bank to recover the £29.99 and stop any more payments.

If you take the IQ test for $1 they automatically sign you up for reoccurring $29.99 monthly charge. They will not refund the fraud charges. Beware, a scam.

They have hidden charges for subscriptions monthly charging me $24.99 I only paid a dollar to get my IQ I guess I'm not that smart very fraudulent I can't believe it things are difficult to cancel on PayPal but I'm going to try such a total waste of mmy time. I can't believe people have to make money this way by ripping people off they should be so ashamed of themselves. They're the scum of the earth don't do it I'm telling you they'll charge you this reoccurring fee.

I was charged 24.99 and was this was a deceptive charge. I have requested a chargeback through PayPal. I have now read the reviews of where getting a refund is almost impossible with this company. I’m hoping I get this refund as others have been deceptively been signed up for this subscription.

Diese Betrugsbande hat mir 29,99 h abgebucht, obwohl nur 0,50 Euro versprochen wurde. Habe meine Karte löschen lassen, damit diese Betruger nicht weiter abbuchenn können und neue Karte von Bank bekommen. Noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten obwohl das versprochen wurde!!! Mein Rat: nie nie diese Wegelagerer in Anspruch nehmen.

Just dont touch this with a barge pole - you pay 0.99p to get your initial IQ report and then they take £24.99 a month subscription charge from you without you realising.

I had a similar experience in July 2025. I signed up to get the IQ results for 50p. At the end of August I noticed a debit on my account for 29.99, and again in September. I had to cancel the card and empty the account to stop further payment. Today,9th Jan 2026,I see they are still advertising,and doing the same scam.

On Dec 3, 2025, I took an IQ test, paying $1.00 ( 2 x $.50). It was sub par and worthless. I never subscribed. On January 7, 2026 I noticed a charge from myiq for $19.99, and then went back and saw another charge for $19.99 on December 10, 2025. This company is a scam. They lure you in and then they sign you up without your knowledge or agreement. Beware. Their company is run by Cerebrum IQ

They constantly try and take money out of my account for a subscription I did not even sign up for . I message them and never get a response this is getting to be ridiculous.The company is obviously scamming people .

myiq are trying to take a payment out of my account to a subscription I did not agree too £29.99 Have tried to contact without success I thought it would be a fun quiz to do to my dismay has caused so much trouble. Please do not have any interaction with this myiq quiz which was on Facebook. You will be charged £29.99 SCAM SCAM

Unauthorized charge - They promised to credit our account immediately. No money have returned.
Fraud company. Do not sign up for anything.
