they closed my account and refuses to send my money to my main account

Basically, they stole my money. I created a Payoneer Mastercard and paid for it, but after using it, they shut down my account with close to $1,000 in it. This is completely unacceptable and feels like theft. I trusted Payoneer with my funds, and now they have blocked my access to my own money without any valid reason or explanation.

I have tried to contact their support multiple times, but I have received no satisfactory response or resolution. This situation has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I relied on that money for important expenses, and now I am left in a difficult financial situation because of Payoneer's actions.

They robbed me, and I will not stay silent. I intend to take legal action to recover my funds and hold Payoneer accountable for their actions. See you in court, Payoneer.

This is a terrible service

This is a terrible service. Do not trust the good reviews, and do not use this service. I chose to use Payoneer because it was the only option aside from PayPal for my Patreon account payouts outside of the US.

This service has terrible functionality, they ask you for an insane amount of personal information, they have a $50 withdrawal limit, and the requirements of using it are not made clear when you sign up. It feels like a scam. My Patreon payout is just below $50, so this means for the past few months Payoneer has just been hanging on to my money. You can only request payments from people who also have Payoneer.

If I can get my money out in the next few months I will, otherwise I will just chalk it up to a loss so I can delete this awful service and request they delete all my stored data. Just terrible.

i recently just tried logging into my payoneer account and i got a prompt saying, "Your account was closed as some of your activity has gone against our Terms and Conditions"
I want top know the reason why my account has been closed.

Tons of hidden fees

Tons of hidden fees! There is an annual 27E fee for an account? And then an additional fee of 29E for a virtual card? For real? And we users have to "dig" in your website to get to know that??? Let us know right at the time of ordering. Never using Payoneer again!!!

Disappointing Experience with Payoneer's Customer Service in Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary

Dear Payoneer Management,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I have encountered while attempting to open a business account with Payoneer. As a referral from Catawiki Romania, I had high hopes for a seamless process; however, the reality has been quite the opposite.

Despite diligently providing all requested documents, I have been met with repeated requests for the same information, resulting in unnecessary delays and frustration. Regrettably, after just two days of initiating the process, my account was inexplicably blocked, depriving me of access when I needed it most.

Efforts to seek resolution through your customer care channels have proven fruitless. Despite sending two emails outlining my concerns, I have received no response in the past five days. This lack of communication and ineffective support is disheartening, especially considering Payoneer's stature as a reputed financial service provider.

It is evident that there are systemic issues within Payoneer's customer care operations in Romania, Bulgaria, and Hungary. Many businesses in these regions, including myself, have been deterred from utilizing Payoneer due to the unprofessionalism and apparent lack of training among your customer service staff.

As a concerned customer, I urge Payoneer to reassess its approach to customer care in these regions. The handling of inquiries and support requests must be executed with professionalism, efficiency, and respect for the valuable time and trust of your clients.

No transparency, just delays with idiotic excuses. Payoneer has all correct bank info from the beginning to transfer my funds into my bank account

I received 8000€ on the 15th january but they blocked my balance without any reason, any email, any communication

Still blocked since 45 days now and still no clear answer, only "we are checking, it will take 1 business day"

Bullsh*t company, don't trust them for your ecommerce

High fees

High fees, and poor service. Trying to close my account but the process is complicated and requires me to contact customer service. They encourage you to withdraw your remaining funds, but they have a minimum limit on withdrawals which essentially means they get to keep anything you have below that minimum amount.

Payoneer is a Great stealer

Payoneer don't send my funds to initiator and even don't reply to my questions.

Payoneer said they refunded canceled transactions ( Transaction ID : 509903760, 521873769) which was created from client's bank at Mar, 2023.

That means that they are not working on my issues and they stole my money (7944 EUR).

I think they will not be refunded to payer.

I am telling about this illegal action of payoneer to all over the world.

Never trust Payoneer. They are a Great Robber and Stealer.

If you use payoneer, you will lose your money anyway.

I hate this payoneer. This must be blocked.

Good luck this dirty payoneer.

I will report this illegal action everyday to all social sites.

been using payoneer for 5+ years. suddenly they closed the account with zero prior notice, I just could not login and that's it.

now I need to update all shopify and amazon bank accounts, and they all ask to confirm which account number was used before.

guess what? payoneer does not give access to my own data, not even the bank numbers I had. so now I can't even update the bank on all the marketplaces.

never use this company for shopify, nor amazon, nor etsy, nor any platform unless you like losing funds.

absolutely disgrace of a company, customer support is just on another level of ignorance. you ask one thing, they reply completely irrelevant.

Why are you withholding my money (1 month)?

I'm a Pro freelancer on Fiverr which is my main source of income. I noticed my funds from Fiverr weren't reaching my bank account (they need to be transferred via Payoneer or PayPal). I found 5 transactions on Payoneer still pending, the first of which has been held since 31st December. The transfers normally take between 1-3 days.

I reported the situation to Payoneer on 12th January. It’s now 19 days later, and a whole month since the first transaction was held, and I’ve still not received any funds from Payoneer and they’re still withholding all 5 transactions.

I've also not been able to release money earned on Fiverr for fear of further funds also being withheld by Payoneer. I've now had no income from Fiverr in 31 days.

Payoneer support have acknowledged by email there is no problem with my account but are still telling me I need to wait for an update from them.

This is now extremely concerning as withholding my funds for no reason is the sign of a company in trouble.

Please deal with my situation immediately. I’ve waited long enough.

UPDATE 19/2/2024
I didn't receive my funds being withheld by Payoneer until 5th February, 36 days after they cut off access to my account. Due to me not being able to have access to any income for over a month, I was late with my HMRC tax payment and was fined £100, and I had to make 2 bank transfers from credit cards that both times I was charged a fee and interest on.

Although Payoneer admitted the problem was due to a ‘technical error’, they refused to take responsibility and compensate me for my losses.

Despite being a Payoneer user since 2019 I’ve decided to move my custom over to PayPal. I’ve been surprised to find I can make my transfers with no charge and receive them immediately. Much better than paying a fee, have to wait, and also risk Payoneer withholding my money for an indefinite amount of time for no valid reason.

Worst customer service and they steal

As a financial institution, they don't bother to track your money, until today I knew money comes back if transaction isn't successful on merchant's end, I bought a meta subscription with payoneer card and when it renewed this month meta charged me the amount and the transaction is being shown as successful in payoneers end while customer support of meta is saying they couldn't process and asked me to contact my card issuer and when I contacted they were blaming the merchant without tracking my money
